สำหรับคนไทยที่สนใจ วิลล่าสะอาด มีเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ครัวครบ เตา ตู้เย็น ห้องใหญ่ กว้าง มีแอร์ทุกห้อง น้ำอุ่นทั้งหลัง สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ ลึกประมาน 150 ซม. ถ้ามีเด็กไปควรระวัง บรรยากาศดี สงบ อยู่ใกล้แหล่งอาหารทะเล ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดี ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาซ้ำ
ปล.ตอนเข้าพักจะมีค่าประกันของเสียหาย 3000 บาท ค่าไฟหน่วยละ 5 บาท ที่ไม่ได้ลงบอกไว้ในนี้
ปล.ที่พักนี้เป็นของชาวต่างชาติ จะติดต่อต้อง eng พอได้นิดหน่อย แต่เจ้าของแกน่ารักคุยง่าย งูๆปลาๆก็คุยกันรู้เรื่อง

we loved everything about the villa.
The rooms are clean, big, good bed, great great bathrooms.
the pool is awesome, so is the deck and lounge chairs etc.

location is good too, very quiet yet close (10 minute drive to NaiHarn) to the beaches on the southern (and nicer) half of Phuket island.

They have a kitchen, that’s not fully equipped tho, so if you want to cook, you gotta get seasonings etc.
a good bakery is a 10 minute walk away, great breakfast there (@bakery Phuket)

has a washer and dryer for your clothes.

If you use too much power, they will charge you extra!

only negative, and this is fairly significant.
check in: this is basically kinda like an airbnb, so you have to set up a time to meet the staff member of tropiclook. our girl wasn’t really friendly at all and then during our stay she would text me and be like ‘today at 2pm the electrician comes to check on the internet.’ - nothing was wrong with the internet and ‘hello? we are on vacation, why can’t you fix stuff before you have guests??’

I texted back saying nothing is wrong with the internet and she said ‘ok’ - but then at 3pm the internet guy still showed up. the tropiclook staff I guess has keys to the properties and he just opens the front gate, rings the bell and looks through the windows to see if anybody is home. How about that for privacy??

and for checkout, for some reason she didn’t want to get up in the morning when we leave I guess, so she proposed to meet us the evening before we leave to see if the villa is still intact, so we said that’s fine.

so she texts and asks if we’re home at 5.45 to check. I said we might still be at the beach then to watch the sunset. so she texts back and asks ‘when will you be home?’ - and I didn’t respond quickly enough, because I was on vacation? and then she texts ‘Hello?’

I told her we don’t know, we are on vacation, we don’t have a set schedule, but we’ll probably be home from 3-4.

so she says she’ll meet us at 4.
then at 3pm some other girl shows up, a much friendlier one, and says she’s been told we want to check out now.
TropicLook should probably sort some things out there.

So the place is great, but the staff situation is not very user friendly to say the least.
