The property was lovely and the staff were so kind. The room felt like luxury & it was one of the nicest/well kept pools I've seen. The location was ideal if you're looking to stay near the pier & the rooms were comforting.

I spend one week, and it was very good place, clean, bed is confortable and the People who manage the place are helpful and great.

Ok place.
Only slept one night. Boring surroundings with a lot of traffic. Otherwise ok accommodation for one night.

Good, clean room with a great bed. Location is quiet and location is good. Owner and cleaning lady are very caring. The pool is small but nice. I stay here for six months and I love it.

Bilingual in Thai and English, the boss is very nice and the environment is good. The room is fully equipped and can be dried. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will continue to stay in the future. thanks boss

The room is as expected. The kitchen doesn’t have any equipment other than microwave. And electric kettle. No hot plate, pots or anything to cook with.
The internet doesn’t work. If it does it’s unbelievably slow. Pretty much useless. The pool can only be used for a few hours in the morning and a few hours late afternoon. It can not be used in the middle of the day when it’s the hottest I have break between classes.
Also, they no longer have scooters but you can rent nearby for 4000baht / 2 weeks
The bathroom is as expected. The bed is typical for this standard and thankfully does not smell. It is clean.
Without being able to cook or use wifi I can not imagine long term stays. The pool hours is also disappointing.

The room is exceptionally great and especially for the price. It’s super clean and the staff are lovely especially the house keeping lady. Any problems they can help you and even has a fridge and microwave which is amazing definitely stay here if you are looking for somewhere to stay in rawai Phuket

It's my first stay at Benjamas Place and it's been a true pleasure. The reception staff is extremely friendly and courteous and check-in was swift and pleasant. The building and rooms are well maintained and very clean. My room was very quiet and had a comfy bed, fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, safe, TV, aircon, balcony with sink and storage cabinets and clean bathroom with hot water shower, sink and toilet. Towels, duvets and bedlinen were very clean and had a pleasant smell. There was complimentary drinking water and Nescafe in the room as well (renewed daily!).
I also liked the location of the hotel - near Lotus and Makro - which are only a stone's throw away.
I highly recommend Benjamas Place and will be back again next time I go to Phuket.
