Beautiful hotel. Relaxing atmosphere. Our family room had a beautiful sea view. Staff always willing to help. Good food and drink menu. Hotel is right on the beach. Excellent hotel. Cannot recommend it enough

Great views and rooms. The room service never refreshed the bathroom, toilet paper, etc., on the first night. Thought oversight... Same every other night. Restaurant, bar, expensive and add 10 percent service charge and 7 percent vat. 88 baht for a small Singa. You need to call the staff if you want service...
I'd stay again. Improvements would be easy.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Parking: On-site parking at the hotel entrance is limited. However, they have a spacious outdoor lot conveniently located right across the road, which is just a short walk away.

Location & Room: The hotel boasts direct beach access, which was fantastic. We booked a Family Room, which was a corner unit. It featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for our family. There was also a small central living space connecting the rooms, equipped with a table, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and a small set of dishes and glasses. Please note that this central area is not air-conditioned, but you can open the windows to get a nice sea breeze.

Areas for Improvement: The only downside was the bathroom. The shower drain was quite slow, and water would flood the floor for a while after showering and washing hair.

The hotel is right on the seashore, the view from the room was very beautiful. The room is spacious, we took a family room, consisting of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a small kitchen between them. The beds are comfortable, but there were no bedside tables, which was inconvenient. The lighting in the room is also inconveniently done: there are no bedside lamps and dim lighting, while the lighting in the kitchen is poor. The hotel pool is very small, suitable only for children. There is a very good seafood restaurant next to the hotel, close to the beach. The beach has good locations for photos, but I would not recommend swimming: a dirty shore and a dirty sea (you can see the pipes where city waste is drained into the sea).

Impressed, the hotel has good service, clean room, beautiful view, delicious food. Will go back to stay again.

The location is very good. Just a few steps to the sea.
I recommend choosing a sea view so you can sleep and listen to the waves all the time.
The food here is not bad. The taste is okay. The price is quite high compared to nearby areas.
The room is clean enough. The blanket has a little stain and is quite old. The furniture in the room is made of old wood.
The staff is smiling but not very welcoming. You have to walk around and find them yourself or ring the bell at the counter. As for the staff service, I have to say this right here: Don't get behind me. Just talk, smile and wave.

The location is really good. Other than that, if you don't think too much, it's okay.

We booked two rooms for the New Year. We liked the room with a sea view more: it was noisy from the restaurant downstairs, but not for very long. In the morning, screaming children in the pool can wake you up. We liked the fireworks organized by the hotel for the New Year. In general, it was intimate, calm, not crowded. The beach is relatively clean. However, there was one precedent with a cut foot on the first swim, in the future we were extremely careful. The service is average in all respects, as they say, it could be worse, but circumstances do not allow for better. Breakfasts are far from super and very expensive, on the second day the coffee machine broke down and we did not see this drink again. We always had to ask for towels for the beach. You can relax here for several days, the hotel is hardly designed for a long and comfortable vacation.
