Perfect location on the beach, like 10 yds from the water at high tide! Room was lovely, with a. Roof terrace, and set back in the trees meant it was cool at night. Lots of wildlife, monkeys, hornbills and the super friendly beach dogs. Great food and a decent price too. Lovely setting to eat, on the beach and enjoy a drink while watching the amazing sunset. But the jewels in the crown are the staff! They're lovely and make you feel so welcome. Great place for all ages..

I like: Very beautiful location, pleasant atmosphere particularly in the late afternoon, quite good restaurant service and friendliness of the entire staff team. I didn't like: The sea water, particularly at low tide, was full of suspended particles making it dull and in addition you could feel a lot of stings, possibly from tiny jellyfish... Of course, the hotel is not to blame of that, but these were facts that conditioned our stay.

JJ is one of my favorite places to eat seafood in Koh Phayam. The owner, who I know him for many, many years always very kind and attentive, the staff very friendly and fun. Fish, Squid and shrimp are prepared Thai and western style, fresh and excellent Facing the ocean makes a wonderful place to be. Highly recommended

We are here at JJ Beach Resort for a week and it is truly paradise. The bungalows are simply and functionally equipped and have everything you need. The double bed is very comfortable, bathroom is ok. Only the water pressure when showering could be higher and there is no warm water. But you shouldn't forget that you're far away from mass tourism here!! The beach is the most beautiful we have ever seen, no hotels, just simple bungalows under palm trees a few steps from the sea. The paradise! Everything is perfect at JJ: great food right on the beach, the most beautiful sunsets on the island. We will be back!
