Worn out, in terms of value for money very poor. Worst we had in 2 months in Thailand. Really needs some love, feels neglected. Pool pretty dirty.
Very remote and access is hard unless you are a confident scooter rider. Cleaning only happens 3rd day and they charge you extra for aircon on arrival. Its just all together pretty disappointing and not worth it for 100€+ a night!
View is great but that can’t redeem all the lack of love - many other spots on the island seem much better. Wouldn’t reccomend!

Had a wonderful stayed here at PP Land. Incredible beach from view from the room with relaxing vibe. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a great experience in this island very much. Definitely come back to this amazing place!

We booked a seaview bungalow for 6 nights. We only stayed one night, because the sheets hadn't been changed and the bed was very uncomfortable. We lay on our sarongs because the bed made us itchy.
I paid approximately 2000baht for a sleepless night in a dirty room and was asked to say that I was a no show, so the resort didn't get a bad review.
Not value for money. Not recommended buy me. Koh Phayam is a tourist trap.

We booked the room at the very last moment when we were waiting for the boat in Ranong. When we arrived, we were so surprised by the quality and the beauty of the bungalow! The view from the balcony in the morning was amazing and it was so nice and quiet- you could really chill and relax.
We had breakfast at the restaurant which was really nice too.
We appreciate the flexibility with last minute booking based on a phone call and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The resort is not so well maintained, the beach is nice though and the staff friendly.
There were no amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo or shower gel.
I have had expected more for the relatively high rate.
The quality of the food is great, freshly made, but during my 5-day-stay, the restaurant was closed twice at evenings even though it was said they were open daily until 9pm. There is no other restaurant in walking distance and there was no fridge or kettle in the bungalow.

Beautiful bungalow accommodation, we stayed right on the beach, you can see the sea from your bed :) The bungalows are all newly refurbished, and have hot showers (quite rare in Koh Phayam!) The staff were all really nice, we had chilled drinks on arrival and a meet and greet by very cute dogs! If you are looking for somewhere to really relax this has it all.

Very beautyful and quiet place. Maybe a 15 minute walk from the pier away, but definitly worth it. They have a great kitchen and a own bakery for bread and super delicious cakes. Thank you for the great time!

Our holiday there was paradise. The staff was really friendly, the pool was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast menu was amazing. We woke up to the sound of the ocean and it was pure bliss.

Paul is the most knowledgeable and hospitable foreign host on Phayam. His Thai wife Pearl is great too. Awesome spot if you want to be on "the other side".
