SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin in Cha-Am

This is really kid's hotel

So/Sofitel would be one of my fav resort!

This is our favorite place to go to with our kids in Hua Hin, we've always had a pretty good experiene regardless of the room we'are booking. The staff is well trained to pay attention to your needs and are motivated and friendly. The Kids always love playing on the inflatable bouncing islands though some years they are better maintained than others. Regardless the kids large water fountain/bubble is always popular and not too hot in the afternoon as it's in shade of trees and building. Food prices are a little high within the hotel. The breakfast is very nice and offers a great variety for all. However, with 2 kids that don't really eat too much it's not something we opt for anymore in our later visits and instead seek breakfast options outside. There is a pretty nice fish&stay that offers great breakfast options nearby. Location is a little off the path so it's better if you have your own transportation if you don't want to be stuck with hotel options only.

The room's cleanliness could use some improvement; my child got bitten all over. However, the hotel service was excellent. When they saw my child's bites, they promptly contacted a hospital and offered medication, though we declined as he was feeling much better. The hotel itself is beautiful, absolutely stunning!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out as exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which created a very positive atmosphere throughout our visit.

Our room was beautifully designed and truly impressive. The very high ceilings gave it an open and elegant feeling, and there were many small, thoughtful details that made the room feel special and unique. Throughout the hotel, you can also find many small, cute, and humorous animal decorations, which add charm and character to the entire property.

The hotel offers a wide range of activities. These include table tennis, billiards, basketball, tennis, badminton, a dedicated bicycle course, and many additional activities especially suitable for children. There are also several swimming pools, and overall the hotel conveys a very pleasant and relaxing ambiance.

One area with room for improvement would be the availability of sun loungers with umbrellas directly on the beach. During our stay, there were no sun umbrellas at the beach itself, which could be challenging for guests who are sensitive to the sun and would like to spend more time there. There are other shaded areas within the resort, but none directly on the beach.

I also took part in a complimentary yoga class led by Au. She put a great deal of effort into the session, and it was a very positive experience. Thank you very much for that.

Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel. Great style, friendly staff, and a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Hua Hin during the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, with a wide range of activities to keep guests engaged throughout the day. One of my favorite aspects was the variety of activities within the resort, which made every moment enjoyable and full of new experiences especially for my two young kids.

Additionally, the complimentary bus service provided to us to Hua Hin city was extremely convenient, allowing for easy access to explore the local attractions without any hassle. The overall atmosphere of the resort was serene and welcoming, making it an ideal getaway for both relaxation and recreation.

I highly recommend Sofitel Hua Hin to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this beautiful area and will definitely consider returning in the future.

My family and my dog visit this hotel and stay for a week every year. Room is not totally soundproof, but it is clean. Breakfast is available with plenty of choices. The hotel staffs are very helpful. Most of them are friendly to big dog, and able to recognize her. There are a lot of activities for my dog such as walking around the hotel, playing with other hotel guests and hotel staffs, bird watching, riding in a motorcycle with sidecar, watching her dad swimming, etc. The spa experience is amazing with relaxed atmosphere. I couldn’t possibly mention here all staffs who impress three of us.

We had a wonderful family getaway at SO Sofitel Hua Hin! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and great with kids.

We were so impressed with the newly opened beach area. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable for a family stay. Our little one especially loved SO Hot wheels Scooter, Wibit Adventure Float and SO Wonderland Adventure Golf, which became our daily highlight. The resort has so many family-friendly activities that we never ran out of things to do.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the atmosphere around the l felt peaceful yet fun. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation for parents and excitement for kids.
