Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin in Cha-Am

Great pool with different depths. They need a shaded area for the children's pool and clearer signs to warn where the deeper water and steps are. Good loungers and umbrellas. Towel service at pool was good. The surface around the pool is poor as small gravel pieces are breaking away and stick to your feet as well as having different levels. Lobby great. Staff helpful. Hotel rooms dated and need upgrade, especially the bathrooms. Air conditioning good. Housekeeping only changed the sheets after I stripped the bed. Breakfast was fantastic; so much choice and great quality. The gym was very disappointing, a small room with only one running machine. There were only a few machines were old. Gym exercise balls very grubby, obviously not cleaned. The lifts were efficient, but needed cleaning and were very warm. The staircase between the floors looked like it had never been cleaned on the fourteen years the hotel had been open. Interior paintwork on the floors to the room was peeling off in places and doors to room were in need of replacement. Internet signal was often weak, and occasionally non-existant.

Good hotel overall. It was very quiet and felt a bit empty during our stay. The pool is nice, breakfast was very good, and there is a large parking area. The hotel looks somewhat dated and has definitely seen better days. Rooms are slightly worn, and when sitting on the chair we noticed visible dust under the TV cabinet. The overhead (ceiling) shower was not functioning properly — it was barely dripping and only hot water was coming out regardless of the temperature setting. The sink tap was leaking at the base, leaving the countertop wet all the time.
However, during checkout after paying for bar drinks and laundry (PIN entered, payment approved), the receptionist placed my bank card on the table with the back side (CVV visible) facing up and took a photo of it with her personal phone before returning it with the receipt. This looked completely inappropriate. When I asked why she photographed my card details, I did not receive a clear explanation. I had to block my card afterwards for security reasons.

Nice old hotel, old style rooms, but good soft bed and clean beddings. Cleaning everyday service is fine. This Radisson with good park and beautiful pool on sea side, pool bar and restaurant. Sometimes power cut off happened, no electricity, so can't use lift, no charge device, no excuses from hotel staff...very strange!
On restaurant no fusion, very old style menu, you can eat pizza everyday) not enough vegetarian food. Food here very expensive. Room price no expensive. Around hotel small village so you can hear dogs, chickens sounds so loud. What is good is fresh air breeze from sea )))
Breakfast is fine choice of fruits with cheese, coffee, and lilbit lovely indian veg dishes.
Hotel with kids club, so your children maybe like it ))) there is friendly staff play with kids.
Girl who sell icecream never smile to clients, perhaps she very tired to work here...
Staff hardly understand English language, but some of them can use app for translation for better communication.
Well, if you like relax around Cha-am/ Hua Hin is good place on sea side, where to rest with joy is possible...only if you don't expect too much from 4**** Radisson resort.

Had great experience staying there. Clean and spacious room with good amenities. Large parking space. Rooms are sea view facing. Buffet breakfast was great. They have large swimming pool which is kid friendly. Though there is limited beach access and swimming is not encouraged because of jellyfish.

Here's nearly from Bkk around 2-3Hr.
At Petchaburi province that's famous of Huahin or Cha Am beach.

Lobby is abit quite as i've been there when Bkk is lockdown on Aug.2021
I book a king bed but staff said is fulls not sure for the first day that i came nearly to Thai Mother's day or not, and i booking from Agoda 1,700+thb/night there's not including Breakfast at Agoda but as i checked on Them FB pages is included 🥲 So proud of the same price!
Why not offer some breakfast for me that visit their on my Birthday trips?

The rooms were clean, very comfortable,
And abit old, Noisy abit of my room but great view, can walk to see the beach but the looptop is closed, and play ground open some places. I loved that can stayed with my puppy ❣️ The staff that's clean and service the room is good.
They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting fo rest relax or quite some places 😂 you will have a great memories here!🐱❣️

Very nice place to spend the weekend outside the busy Bangkok life. In addition this resort is pet friendly so we didn't have to leave our cat and dog at home. Food at Joe Kool terrace is very good and prices are not expensive...A must for beach lovers

Worth the price and very good staff. I am happy that they are getting their guests back post the Covid lull

Good location for family holiday. Some facilities closed due to current situation (sky bar & sport bar) however still plenty of choice. Hotel caters for family & children so be prepared for crying in adjacent rooms.
