There was no water coming out from the shower, had to use their public shower while waiting for the to get the handyman to fix them. Cleanliness was okay, the floor had some sand as everyone wore their shoes into the room, but it wasnt bad.

The staffs there seemed like they loved to party, there were music and people hanging out at the bar every night but i did not join them so i cant comment much about it.

The best room we've had during our month of travel so far, and at a good price too. Really nice, well equipped room with a balcony. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Staff are lovely. Cheap motorbike rental 200b a day. Perfect location, away from the noise, 10 mins walk from beach, opposite a mini mart.

Stayed in a private room with 4 other friends. Rooms were so spacious and clean with air conditioning and a small balcony. Towels were changed daily which was an added bonus. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Location is really good as well, close enough to everything but away from the crowds. Thank you for such a nice stay!!

I really don't understand these low reviews. The rooms are spacious and the place is at walking distance from the chaos, but far enough that you can sleep like a baby at night. They changed sheets and towels everyday and the owner helped me with a few phonecalls I needed to make. I'd go back if I had to.

I rented my scooter here during my stay in Koh Tao, and everything went perfectly!
The staff were super friendly, the scooter worked great, and the price was really good.

I definitely recommend this place if you need an easy and reliable way to get around Koh Tao!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable – the bed was great, there was a hot shower, and even a kettle for tea, which we really appreciated. Everything felt well taken care of.

The host has such a kind and friendly personality, which made us feel very welcome. We also rented a scooter here and it was in excellent technical condition – super reliable and safe.

Overall, it was a perfect experience and we would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

The location is great, but the houses only have one bed, a toilet, and a bathroom, nothing more... I would have liked at least a small fridge, and chairs and a small table on the terrace. It's a shame that there's a lack of equipment inside and out. Otherwise, the atmosphere is good, the staff is cool, and the beach is nice. If your room is next to the beach, there's music from the bar until about midnight. It might be unpleasant for early risers, but it didn't bother me.
I highly recommend this hotel for young people aged 20-35 who want to party. The location is great for walking to everything. The hotel has created a small WhatsApp group to share entertainment and information, which is pretty cool if you want to participate in the activities and get to know other vacationers.

Typical party hostel - very lovely staff and the vibe is good too! The only thing I would say is you pay quite a bit more for the private room (£60 for 2 nights!) and it was like a shed, didn’t feel very secure - compared to other properties I didn’t feel like I got good value room wise but everything else was fab!
