We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The staff deserve special mention — they were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any request.

The housekeeping was excellent: the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and consistently, with great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the bed linen felt clean and of very good quality, which made the stay even more relaxing.

Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning.

Overall, this is a very well-run hotel with great service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again and can recommend it to other guests.

Honestly 5 stars for this resort! Eventhough the beach isn’t as nice as other beaches around, we still had a pleasant stay here! The staff was very kind and helpful! And the room was incredibly comfy and clean, which was out of my expectation. there are many eateries and 7 elevens around, the location is great in Lamai. And we also love that there are many plenty of pools around that we can choose! I would definitely come back again :)

We loved our time at the Outrigger. While the rooms are rather dated, the beach is lovely as is the pool area. We also got locked out on our balcony (careful, there’s no handle on the outside of the door. Luckily we had our phones so were able to come quickly. The door bolt, being old, fell down when we closed the door. Ver closed the door to keep mosquitoes out of our room). While the pool area is across the very busy street, crossing guards seem to be there most of the time, certainly whenever the pool was open) to help you cross the street. We had a view of the back garden from our window.

We had an unforgettable stay at Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort in Lamai. From the moment we arrived, the resort felt peaceful, elegant, and beautifully cared for. The gardens, flowers, white design, cleanliness, and calm atmosphere all created a wonderful sense of relaxation and joy.

The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The level of service was outstanding - warm, attentive, professional, generous, and full of genuine care. Every interaction made us feel welcome and valued.

We would especially like to thank the Voyager 47 Club Lounge team, and in particular Sao, for making our stay so special. Her kindness, attention to detail, warmth, and personal care were truly unforgettable. She remembered small details, welcomed us every day with a smile, and made the experience feel much more than just a hotel stay.

Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort offers much more than a beautiful vacation. It offers peace, beauty, warmth, and a true sense of hospitality. We left with full hearts and would be very happy to return.

Hotel and the staff were great and friendly! They remembered our names and made us feel welcome from the beginning. The main pool is across the road but that did not inconvenience us because it was easy to get across with the security helping to control traffic.

The only thing that hampered our stay was the house keepers did not have our room cleaned by 3pm. We went to breakfast and the pool by 9am and thought if we stayed out till 3 or 4pm the room would be cleaned and done which did not happen 2 of the 3 days we stayed. I had to find a maid cart for TP and ask for clean towels. The third day I found a housekeeper early in the morning and asked to please have our room cleaned and she obliged kindly.

Town is about a 15 min walk from the hotel and we did not mind that at all as we like to walk but a Grab ride is only like 300 or 400bht which is cheap.

I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Outrigger hotel as a great place if you are in the area!

This resort doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Already a beautiful place, but additionally Phillipe and Guilia who took this place over last year were 5 star hosts. Twice we had issues that they accomodated and in the process they went the extra mile and made things better for us. The pool is always clean, the area is always getting improvements made to an already amazing resort. It's 3ish minutes to lamai, it's out the way enough to enjoy the sounds of nature and have peace, and it's close enough that getting to all the things happening is easily possible. A must stay, we are going again next year :D

I spent four nights with my family here. Outstanding service, great facilities especially the amenities for kids; my almost two year old son enjoyed the kid's club. He spent a lot of time playing there, the employees were helpful and did their job well. They also have wide variety of breakfast and every day they change some dishes. Swimming pools were great but the beach not so much. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

amazing resort. I stayed with 2 kids (5 and 8) and they were in love with Outrigger. Kids club is free to guests and my kids LOVED the every day there. they were running to get there first after breakfast.
Buffet breakfast is fine, standard for Thai and European food choices.
we had dinner at the edgewater restaurant and kids loved their burgers/pasta meals. BBQ buffet was also very tasty. You can watch fire show and listen to live musicians while dining.
Service was above and beyond my expectations during our 2 weeks stay.
Resort located in a quiet part of Lamai, so not much night life around. However 7/11 shop is just around the corner as well as small fruit market and local Thai restaurants- all good quality.
20min walk to beautiful Crystal Beach

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days with our 2,5 year old son. We really liked the spacious and nice suite, it felt like a little apartment and was perfect for us as a family. The garden and the pool area are really nice and well taken care of. The only things that disappointed us were the quality and variety at the breakfast buffet, the lack of a proper hotel bar and the high prices of beverages at the restaurant. Overall we would like to thank all the friendly staff, specially to the team at the kids club. They do an amazing job and the whole atmosphere and space of the kids club are definitely one of the hightlights of this hotel. Our son enjoyed it very much!! So the hotel is definitely a good choice for a family!!

We had an amazing stay at the Outrigger Resort. The room, a Lamai Suite, was spacious with comfortable bedding and nice living space. Despite an engineering issue in the bathroom, we were offered to switch rooms and received support to move our belongings. The architectural style of the hotel is beautiful, it provides a feeling of calmness. The staff in all areas are friendly and hospitable, particularly at the Voyager Club. The pool area is across the road and nicely arranged. We liked the breakfast; just the juices could be fresh and of better quality. Nearby are also good restaurants and massage salons. Definitely recommended for a longer stay.
