PERFECT! Localized 200m from beach which you can reach by walk throught another resort in 5 minutes. Our apartman was clean and without any problems. Stuff cleaning room and changing tovel daily if you want.
Everyone was feiendly and helpfull.
The owner was friendly and helpfull too, he offer us to rent a motorbike with helmets here. Next to apartmans was pharmacy and on every side was shop like 7/11. More than good services for that cost!
I can recommend this hotel.

The location is really nice if you like it a little bit more quiet. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and you have a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and in comparison to a lot of places on Samui fairly priced. We would definitely come back!

Excellent hotel. Very good location in a non-busy part of Lamai. Beach 5 minutes. Restaurants 2 minutes. Supermarket 10 minutes. Club life of the beach - 15 minutes. Very pleasant hosts. Cleaning every day. The villa is very comfortable and large.
I highly recommend to visit if you do not need nightlife, but you just want to relax with comfort.

This place, oh this place!!! The staff was so friendly.. they said hi to me every day when they seen me. The cleaning lady was so sweet and pretty i loved her so much even though we never had a full conversation. her friendly smile and warm greetings we’re all i needed. she cleaned my room so well every morning and made sure i was stocked with water and toilet paper. the balcony was the best! the view of the palm trees was just soooo soothing. if you’re on a small budget i really recommend staying here!

We stayed on the 2nd floor and it had it's own balcony which gave us a chance to have some nice chat with the guests on the next room. It also had s drying rack for swimsuits.
You have to walk a little to go to the beach. Maybe around 200m or bit more. We didn't find out too inconvenient though.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There’s conscience stores right around the corner. And nice restaurants such as the “Lucky elephant” right across the street. And the beach is a six minute walk away. We had an amazing stay here!

Very nice budget hotel. Would rate it very good value for money. Rooms are a bit old and faded but in fairly good shape, nice and clean, and very spacious.
Quite close to the beach and nearby to a number of supermarkets. Would recommend if you're on a budget.
