Excellent location. 5 minutes one was you are near all the Padi centres and the town with great food and the pier. 5 mins the next direction you have the night life and more restaurants. Also right on the beach.
Staff always cleaned our room but had to ask for top ups on coffee but water always supplied.
The hotel.was very dated with no TV in the room. The pool was falling apart in places.
The staff were lovely and very helpful, super friendly and nice.

Me and my partner spent a roughly a month travelling around Thailand and Koh Tao was our penultimate stop so we decided to stay in a slightly nicer hotel. This hotel was in the perfect location, slightly out of the way of the busy streets but still only a short walk from the pier (although they do offer a free shuttle at certain times) and many restaurants. The staff we lovely, and the rooms were nice and clean. You could choose whether to get your room cleaned each day however if you chose not to, you were still given 2 bottles of water and a fresh toilet roll (i believe that this isn’t very common). Overall a really nice stay and a perfect place to end our trip

The facilities of the resort need renovation. There is no TV in the room. Swimming pool is good though. Water is clean.

Very much a 2* hotel with nice pool and location.

Loved : location, right on a quiet beach but 5 mins walk to Mae Haad and Sairee, lots of restaurants etc around and no need for a bike here. Rooms spacious, resort fairly quiet.

Didn't love: sparse- no bedside tables, bare bulb above the bed (nice), not even a teaspoon (gave me a plastic one when I asked for it..) The place is pretty run down. Grouting filthy, plants growing in the window frame, lots of tiles missing from the pool. I can understand they may not have the money to refresh the place, but the dirt buildup in the corners of the room, torn sheets and piles of building rubble and rubbish around the place there is no excuse for.

Our bungalow was on the beach. Nice view all day. 30M to the water. Crew was nice and polite. Will recommend!

Location location location.

Best for our purpose. Away from the hustle and bustle.

Own "private" beach. Awesome pool.

Definitely our 1st choice for a next visit.

The resort is quite old but in a good location close to the pier and beach. Staff service was fine but not impressive. If lookingfor quiet place this was be recommended
