Firstly the staff weren’t pleasant as you’d normally come to know with hotels in Patong. Unfriendly, unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered to make me feel welcome. Arrived to find a mattress that was clearly so badly damaged yet they argued that it was the bedding that made it look ‘wavy’. Eventually got the mattress changed for it to be no better than the first. Slept terribly for the time I was there. Staff refused to change my room. Had to get a plumber in to sort the shower. The cupboard stank so bad I couldn’t unpack my clothes.
Lastly offered no help for a later check out not even for two hours after I offered to pay. Will definitely not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is second time. 23-27 November. Best staff. Best food served. Cheap drinks. Nice location. I stayed 5th floor. Nice room and all necessary basic amenities.

We used to own a guesthouse opposite to the Magnific hotel so we knew the area we wanted to stay in and this was our first choice. We were not let down. A lift to all floors, clean tidy rooms, a bath/shower and restaurant downstairs, perfect. It's quiet and just around the corner from the busy Nanai Road and in the other direction Jongceylon shopping mall. Even Bangla road was only a 10-15 minute walk away. Extremely helpful staff who helped organize our taxi back to the airport, even cheaper than Grab or Bolt. Very reasonable room prices and would highly recommend.

Good guest house. Nice location and very clean. My room was 312. Nice big rooms with basic amenities. Price was very reasonable. I stayed there from 13-17 April during Songkran. Bar food was great and very reasonable price. 7/11 just in 10 steps away from hotel.

Great location 👌 Great Value for money 💰 Local Family owned Business 🇹🇭 The Restaurant & Bar is very convenient. (Great Food) Friendly Stuff 😊 Close to the Markets and Shopping centre. Maybe a bit of a touch of a freshment in the Rooms will.even make it Better.Example(A bit of a paint job,update the Lift and a few other things TLC(Tender Love & Care)

The room is good and clean, the food is great, nice staff but some of them don’t speak English. The hotel is in general good but it is located in a noisy street.

The location is very good, close to the seafood market and the beach, but the streets and rooms are a bit old. But this area is basically like this. The boss is very nice and helped us store our luggage. In short, it was a very good experience!

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with supermarkets, coin laundries, convenience stores, etc. nearby.
Everyone at the hotel was kind. I only had to sleep and take a shower, so I think it was enough.

The facilities is old. Furniture, shower, the toilet flashes by itself. Stuff don't speak English.
The bed is comfy, clean, 4 towels. Housekeeping does their best. Put two bottles of water every day. Location is perfect. By foot Banzaan 3 min, Bangla 10 min, beach 20 min. In total it's ok.
