The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a homely feel. It's excellent! There are many dining options nearby.

The location is far from the beach; you have to walk along a busy road with no sidewalk, risking being hit by a bike or car. It's very noisy, and there's no soundproofing. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room. We were put on the top 5th floor in the adjacent building. The only positive was the price.

Location is somewhat close to the beach (around 15 minutes of stroll). Free WiFi and public pool available. All the required facilities are provided. Restaurants can be found here too. Would recommend!

The sanitation is super clean. Although the facilities are simple, the overall situation is very good. The proprietress is Chinese and the service attitude is very good. There is a 711, a cafe, a bakery, a restaurant, etc. at the intersection. The location is only 600 to 700 meters away from Jiangxi Leng and Banzan Seafood Market. It is very convenient for travel. The proprietress said that it can be rented monthly in the off-season at a cost-effective price. It is very suitable for friends who come to live here

Convenient hotel. I arrived late so they left the key with instructions for me which was very appreciated. The aircon is good but unfortunately the hot water in the shower wasn t working and the bed and sofa had yellow stains which was a bit disturbing, even though they were clean. For the price i can not complain too much.

The boss is Chinese and communication is very convenient. The nightlife in Phuket is so rich and there are many motorcycles. It will be noisy at night. Friends must prepare earplugs, otherwise they will often be woken up by the motorcycles blowing up the streets at night.

Clean enough, location is close to whatever you want. Is is a good walk from the beach. Make sure you take ear plugs because there is plenty of action on the street that will keep you awake unless you are staying up until 2 or 3 a.m.
No wifi in the rooms nor did I speak with anyone about the public wifi. Office hours are very limited.
