Clean Guesthouse in Krabi City

Without being disrespectful or saying too much I really didn't enjoy my stay here. First of all I struggled to find the place as the sign was hidden away behind the plethora of vegetation on the door step. I can appreciate that not many people travelling at the moment so there not earning but The whole place was very outdated and just didn't seem like a hotel at all . There were holes in the wall. Holes in the bedding . No air conditioning in my room just a big noisy fan and a screen window. I suppose an effort was made to be 'clean' as I saw the man sweeping up. The walls were paper thin and as a result I endured endless hours of listening to my American neighbours phone call. I liked that the place was pet friendly as the owner had 3/4 nice little dogs and a cat it reminded me of being at home when the family comes around but was a bit surprised to see one of them little lizards on the wall when I woke up. The showers were cold. No soap provided to scrub myself. Despite all this the location is good and close to a few different markets and the man working downstairs was really helpful and helped us with getting about and local transport. Ideal for back packers and people On budget however needs a revamp Would come again if air conditioning was included in the price of the room.

great little place with friendly and helpful staff at a good price. they also looked after my bags for a few days while I went back to bangkok. convenient for Krabi town.
