It seems like this hotel focuses heavily on its visual appeal rather than its service. I must admit, the hotel is indeed beautiful. However, when it comes to service, I was not impressed at all. Compared to the five-star hotel just next door, the level of attentiveness from the staff here falls short. It felt as though, once I paid for the stay, that was the end of their responsibility.
The breakfast staff, in particular, made me feel like I was a bother rather than a guest. If you’re just looking for a beautiful place to take photos, this place might be suitable for you. But if you’re looking for real value for your money, I believe there are many other options on the island worth considering.
We had a good trip staying here! The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The pool looks super nice and beautiful; however, it is not safe. the wood around it is rotten and dangerous to walk on - I hurt myself the first day because the wood got loose (after telling the reception they fixed it straight away but nothing else).
Furthermore the rooms aren't cleaned properly.. We had yellow stains on our changed bedsheets and the curtains had many stains too.
