Small cute room but for the price fine. Only 100 Baht for Wash&Dry and they folded everything in the basket. Very lovely Staff and a recommended location. Walls are thin so you can hear people walking along the floor but that didn't bother us. Would recommend it!!

Small guesthouse at the end of a green alley where everything is fast forward and uncomplicated. I have been here also last year and I find it convenient for short stays in Bangkok due to its location. The rooms are small but clean, comfy bed, working AC and very convenient check-in and check-out at any time. The staff is polite and helpful, plus they offer baggage dropoff if needed. The checkout time is a convenient 12. Comolimentary coffee, tea and water are available in they small cozy terrace with a few tables and chairs which makes the space convenient for a bite or email checking, etc. I will be back.

I recently stayed at Ban Thungdang Housetel and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect—tucked away in a peaceful alley just a short walk from Khao San Road, making it ideal for exploring Bangkok's historic sites like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho.

The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. I particularly appreciated the daily housekeeping and the availability of luggage storage.

A very good value for money clean and everything you need is provided for a budget stay. Stayed a total of 4 nights there. The location is good enough, it is inside an alley which felt like a home. Nearby there are many restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean but the mini room is a little small. They upgraded us to a bigger room for few nights which was amazing. Mini Rooms are 590 bath which is great VFM.

I stayed here for two nights and honestly wish I could have stayed two more — but the place was already sold out! I booked the mini room and it was exactly as described: very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The air purifier was a big plus — no stuffy smell at all, which can sometimes happen in smaller rooms. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place had a calm, quiet ambience.

The owner was always smiling and incredibly helpful. There’s a brand new double-door fridge, coffee, green tea, and chocolate drinks available, plus a microwave — perfect for heating up something from 7-Eleven. I also appreciated the little touches like a shoe box and slippers.

One of the biggest highlights is the location — it’s close to temples, palaces, and many major attractions, making it a perfect base for tourists exploring Bangkok. Despite being so central, the hotel remains peaceful and quiet. I noticed some guests were staying long-term, which speaks volumes about how comfortable and serene this place is.

Everything about this hotel felt well thought out, comfortable, and welcoming. I truly had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

It's less than an hour's drive from the airport, so convenient!
The decor is nice and clean, though simple.
The price is quite good for a quick one-night stay before heading to the airport.

The location is perfect if you want to stay near the temples, around you can find many food options , is comfortable and quiet, just a bit small but for one night or two is a good option
