Spacious and clean, good value stay

Stayed at Studio Residence Sukhumvit 71 and overall it’s a solid budget option.
The building is a bit old, but the room is surprisingly spacious and clean. No unpleasant smells, which is always a plus for older properties.
The location is slightly off the main areas, so you’ll likely end up using motorbike taxis quite a bit. But if you don’t mind that, it’s manageable.
For the price, it’s definitely good value — simple, comfortable, and does the job.

The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. However, the rooms look old and the air conditioning was not working well.

The location is convenient, close to a 7-Eleven store. Guests are also required to leave a 500 Thai Baht deposit at check-in.

Good hotel for value money. The furniture and the all hotel looks like a bit old, but the facilities all tidy and clean. Very welcome and friendly staff. For those who wann stay far away from the centre and In quite area. The 7/11 about 13-15 min on foot. Not bat at all if the small budget.

Overall, everything was quite good. This apartment hotel has spacious rooms and decent facilities. The staff were warm and attentive, and there's a tennis court right behind it, making it ideal for sports-focused trips.

No smoking policy is really strict. You are not allowed to smoke even in your balcony. Room service was great. Lady at the front was very helpful and nice.
