Quiet and clean . I will book again.
The only inconvenience is the closest bts station adds an extra cost of around 80 bath by taxi.

It's not a traditional hotel, but a standard Thai apartment. Except for a few hotel guests, most of them are students from nearby universities.
The environment and facilities can only be said to match the price.
The staff only speak Thai and are relatively inflexible. A friend came to visit on the night of check-in. He was worried about overbooking, so he knocked on the door every 5 minutes. In the end, he had to go to the nearby 711 to talk. But considering the nature of the apartment, it's good for students and safe.
It's quite convenient nearby, but the neighborhood is a bit dark at night.

I stayed in this hotel again when I returned to Bangkok from Phuket. It was good. The water in the bathroom was not big enough.

You can’t really go wrong with this place, rooms are spacious with balconies and you pretty much get a studio for a very reasonable price. The owners are nice, hardworking people. I booked this place for a night at first because of a late night flight, however ended up staying 6 days. Its a cool little quite place, not fancy or anything but a comfortable place to stay. 7/11 at walking distance and some restaurants.

The location is close to Don Mueang Airport, so you can stay there for late arrivals and early departures. There is a university nearby, so there are shops and restaurants.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony, so there are ashtrays, and the rooms are fully equipped.

Very satisfied, the price is very reasonable, and the room is large, clean and sanitary. The service is very good. If you need to stay nearby, I recommend you to choose this one. There is a convenience store nearby, which can be walked for 2 minutes, and there is a market next to it. It is also very quiet at night. I am very satisfied with the 2-week stay.

There are many local food shops nearby. There is also a very local small market, with morning and night markets, with fruits, vegetables and snacks. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the daily life of Thais up close, this is a great place. It is close to Dhurakij Pundit University, with a beautiful campus environment and you can walk into the campus. There are many Chinese students at Dhurakij Pundit University, so there are also some Chinese restaurants nearby.

To be honest, the experience of the house may be a bit average. Because the shower experience is not good, the water heater is relatively old, so the water is not very smooth. Because my child and I have sensitive skin, we put disposable sheets on the bed. Even so, my child and I still feel itchy, of course, part of it is because of our own skin. The air conditioner in the room is not obedient at all, and the damper keeps turning. This night should be the worst night of sleep quality in the 6-night trip.

It is a distant area from the Bangkok center, but you can get to many places in about 30-40 minutes via taxi and with Red lIne BTS trains.
Rooms are clean and very bright, have big windows with a view. 7/11 is very close and many good coffee and restaurants are nearby.
Free water available and the manager was so kind that found me a nice teapot as I love to drink tea made by myself.
