Pros:
- big room
- located in a quiet street
- 10 minute walk to Khaosan road

Cons:
- arrived at 14:00 and wanted to check-in. I was told the room isn't ready and will have to wait 3 hours. I told them I don't wanna wait so long. Ended up getting the room after 30 minute wait

Excellent location in a quiet area! Lots of great and cheap food options nearby which was perfect. The mattress was quite hard but I actually prefer it that way - great for back support. Would stay again!

What bothers me was that I had to buy almost everything myself. There was nothing to wash hands with, no teeth paste, one roll of toilet paper for 4 days. There were towels, and soap and shampoo in the shower, but almost nothing else. The internet was very bad. I asked them to fix it, but they did not. The internet did not connect at all to my room. The guy at the reception was nice, the woman also but the internet must be very good in hotels, so I didn’t enjoy the stay a the hotel because of that. The lady later suggested to transfer me to a different room, but I did not want to move all my stuff again. The lady helped in some other stuff. I believe the internet issue was out of her hands. He said she asked someone who did has not come yet. However, internet is essential.

Location it's 1km from khaosan road near have restaurants and too many hostels nice not too much clean rooms normal staffs okay coffees and hot water free

The hotel staff are very friendly, Oh and the best part about this hotel is being friendly and give out free coffee,milk and sugar but the coffee is a little bitter but overall this is the hotel I would choose if I am traveling solo or with family,very great hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was super, but a bit pricey. The housekeeper did a fantastic job making the bed. The room was super tidy, and we loved it! We got to the hotel early because our flight landed in the morning. Front desk staff (Jump+trainee) were very helpful and friendly to us. The lobby was a bit strong with perfume for whom don’t like strong perfume smell.

The only thing we are unhappy about our stay is the 850 Thai baht for the early checking fee. I emailed them ahead of time that we would get to the hotel early, and the staff informed us that they could let us check in if there was an available room upon check-in. The staff also told me that “next time if you know that you will be early, you should book an extra night before your arrival.” I think that is a bit ridiculous because we stay 3 nights, and we need to by night 4 just too early check-in to the hotel?! We travel to many places and stay with many hotels in the world, and I have never seen any hotel recommend guests with this kind of word when guests ask for possible early check-in after 25 hours long flight. That staff should fix her attitude.

On the day of arrival, they gave me 3 choices of check-in.
1. I can wait for the room to be ready at noon to check in. (Check-in policy was 2 pm). My room type is not available to check in until noon.
2. I could upgrade to the bigger room at 550 per night and check into the room immediately if I am willing to pay for the upgrade. There was no point in upgrading when you were just in Bangkok to discover and not there to stay at the hotel…
3. I can pay an 850 early check-in fee to the hotel, and I can check in immediately.
Well, you just told me that is NO room type that I reserved available, and now you told me that it would magically be available after I gave you money??

We end up paying for an early fee. It was not that expensive, but I feel like you should not scam customers this way. It can be ruined the image of the country because most people first visit Thailand is in Bangkok. I really hope nobody has to go through this type of situation like us.

Big warning! The room was not quite at all because the room is next to the street with not a double window. The room was also super warm even if you turned the AC to a low temperature. If you have a sleeping problem, I recommend you to seek for somewhere else.

Oh. So nice. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, a nice pool, a very good breakfast buffet. Reasonable prices.
You can walk to the Royal Palace and Khao San Road, a supermarket and some really good Thai Restaurants are nearby.

Overall great hotel!
Very clean modern rooms. Nice pool and gym the view from the pool could be better though. Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of local additions to a traditional European one.
The location is also perfect if you wish to explore the city center, it's relatively close without being too noisy.

Location is good and the hotel overall is clean. Service is good! As the hotel is quite new, they are working on there service processes! But the hotel staff if overall very friendly and helpful. Fohn did everyday a great service during the breakfast time! Thx a lot!
I can recommend the hotel for short and long stay!

Lovely fresh, clean room. Lifts didn't work, but not too much of an issue.
Breakfast good buffet style.
Restaurant evening food was delicious and the happy hour was small choice nut still good value.
Pool area was lovely but a bit strange seeing the highway in front of you.
All in all a nice stay and a great spot if you want to do koh San Rd and China Town.

The hotel is very old and rundown. The towels are frayed at rhe end, floor are creaky and the food was not all that great. Come to find out that a couple of days after our stay, the hotel will be closed until 2022 for renovation. Here is hoping that they will improve when they reopen.

We booked for 3 nights at this hotel. I felt the hotel is very old and lack of maintenance upon arrival. The location was remote. The room itself was spacious, but bed was squeaking, the chair had 2 nails exposed out that nearly hurt me. The air con was not working. After engineer worked on it, the air con was in full, and cannot lower the temperature. I had to ask for 2 blankets for the night or otherwise, I would have catched a cold. The shower temperature was just warm, as the rooms ambient is cold, I was shaking and had a few sneezes. My Mrs did not dare to have a shower. At 9pm, our taxi driver rang them for direction, but no answer, there was nobody at receiption till after 10pm. What a great ho..t...e.l service. We had to check out the next day. We moved to a boutique hotel at Siam area. The room was far better and was 400THB a night cheaper than this so call hotel. Good luck to you.

Great hotel. Beds are very comfy, air conditioning works well, mini-bar, room service, and a great patio area with full serve from the restaurant. We ate there each day to plan our day. As soon as we sat down she would turn on a portable air conditioner towards our table, and beer is served with a chilled mug! Small details like these make this a really nice place to be. Fantastic location, Grand Palace, the night market, Khao San road, zoo and many other attractions are all within walking distance. Very well worth the price of rooms.

Staff were friendly, and went out of the way to help you (for a 3 star hotel).

We checked in at 2am+, but the staff were pleasant and carried out their duties dutifully despite the late night.

The room was of average cleanliness. We found a few ants on the night stand. However, they disappeared after a couple nights.

Range of food was limited, but good for a hotel of its size.

Overall, it was a good experience. Would stay here again!

Always stay here when we have a meeting at the UN offices. Within walking distance. Great value for money. Largest breakfast selection I have yet to see. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Clean pool.
