A small and cozy place with friendly staff who are always ready to help. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless. There’s a common area with a refrigerator, hot and cold drinking water, and some snacks. The shared space has comfortable seating with fans, and there’s also an outdoor corner with seats overlooking a small canal.
Great location—quiet and peaceful but not isolated, and just a short walk to the walking street and restaurants.

The host is kindest lady!
Everything was super clean, free shower gel, shampoo, snacks and water. We were able to let our baggage at the apartment on our last day and we even took a shower in the late afternoon.
She also gave us restaurant tips, tourism tips etc. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay. Localion is wonderful, close to Khao San road( 10 minutes) and away enough from the noise and disturbance. Also not far from Wat Phra and The Grand Palace.
Room was spacious, clean and with all amenities needed.
They offered water, coffee and a few snacks included in the price.
The lady at reception is super friendly and although she does not speak English communication is nicely done with google translate. They offer airport taxi (500 bath cash) in case you need.
A suggestion: I missed one more hanging for the towel
*If you don’t like cats, avoid. Not an issue for us as we love pets in general!

Well..this was one of my best stays in life! Two lovley ladies, lots of cats, and you can see they are a cat lover like me! It was clean, beautiful,spacious! I prefer this kind of stays over any 5 star hotels! The vibe was easy and loving and made me feel I am in somebody's home. Location is also the best! I highly recommend this place!

Cute cat themed stay. Perfect for one night or a couple. Location is convenient, walkable to most of the temples around. Clean rooms and provided everything you might need. They have information about various activities around, cheap taxis and scams to be aware about, free drinks and snacks.
But what truly impressed us is how welcoming and friendly was the staff. Tried their best to communicate and were very helpful. Even helped us with the bags to our taxi, absolute stars ✨❤️

The room was nice and clean. The host lady is very polite and friendly! There are free snacks and water. You can also find maps and tips for Bangkok activities at the reception. Great experience, 10/10. Totally recommend!

New hotel in town, just started the service in the beginning of 2016, located in the middle of the old town Bangkok. The price is around 1,500-3,000 THB/night depending on the season.

A VERY good address as a point of departure to visit the old Bangkok. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The boss is extremely available and friendly (although she has an accent that makes it trade English a little complicated) the hotel offers a free snack and refreshment available at all times. The kho San road is less than 10 min but the hotel is quiet. We loved it.

Extremely welcoming environment, great room for solo travellers, the balcony view allows you to view the riverside. It is located near khao san road, say 3mins walk if you're fast. Will definitely come again! Wheeeeeee

This is only a review for the cafe downstairs. In a v peaceful and people-watching mood today, so came by to Baan Bovorn Cafe to watch the sunset over some Thai iced tea (50Baht/ ₹122)

The owner isn't very welcoming and the dorms are very small- difficult to manage with luggage around. Spotted cockroaches at the counter!!

Stayed in a four person bedroom with bunk beds. Pretty small and narrow room. Almost like a college dorm feel which I didn't mind. Each floor had two shared bathroom stall and two shower stall. Pretty clean and good plumbing. Didn't try their free provided breakfast. Concierge spoke English well and we're very welcoming!
