The location is excellent, with the metro and buses nearby. However, the shower in the bathroom is awkwardly placed!

The location is typically in the center of Pratunum mall and all other malls. But the hotel itself is just a backstreet of the building. Dirty. The room is too small, Aircon is dripping water, and the blankets are so old like almost see through. Washroom is dirty and stain even. The staffs are kind but the room NO NO

Nice hotel , small but beauty , 80 % hotel occupied by Indonesian Traveler , its walking distance around shopping mall .

Hotel provided indonesian food .

Very kind and helpful staffs great service, only they needed to upgrade or renovate some of their things like elevator door blankets wifi and some rooms , but overall we have a good stay with family we stay there from july 21 till july 29 also very near in places like pratunam market platinum mall biyoke building central world siam paragon mbk and other places

This is unacceptable. The light has been broken even after being reported, but no replacement was done. It’s noisy, and the TV only has one working channel. I don’t know how else to describe it — it’s just terrible.
