Room was clean, we got placed at the top floor, the room was quite hot, wish the aircon was better

Good value. Clean room. Big fridge for the space. Spacious room. Bed was decent- not the standard hard Thai bed but not Western soft either. Pillow was adequate. Water pressure in shower - EXCELLENT. noise - non existent.
I liked the open air lobby and they do have their own restaurant. There are three buildings. A SLEEP and A ROOM are the same hotel. It is definitely off the main road and a bit of a maze of side streets to find it but there is plenty of signage on the side streets. I would stay again.

For the price and location it is good. Service was prompt and effective when I asked for my room to be sprayed with bug spray, as there were trails of small ants.

The hotel is in a good location walking distance to the bts. The air-conditioner was not working properly during our staying making the room extremely hot.

Pillow is too high and ask to change😭. No hot water for bath. Ask to repair ya ya ya but do not do. Service very poor

I received the room I've requested such as quiet room, non smoking and child-free. The location is close by BTS which is convenient to travel around. There's no disturbance in term of sound and malfunction devices. Everything works perfectly. Moreover, there's restaurant nearby if you're hungry.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The soundproofing was terrible, and there were ant colonies everywhere, including huge biting ants on the beds and sinks. It's more like a basic guesthouse than a proper hotel. The female staff member with glasses spoke as if she was arguing, which was really bizarre. The shortest female staff member spoke softly but was genuinely a bad person. These two wiped out all my positive impressions of Thai people's kindness and friendliness. The older gentleman, however, provided excellent service. The ants were awful, and the ant spray had an extremely strong, choking smell that permeated the hallways and rooms. If you have any standards for quality, just skip this place. It's very basic, full of ants, and the air quality is poor. Some of the female staff members were incredibly strange with their service, giving you attitude, and the language barrier made it even worse. Among all the hotels I've stayed in Thailand, this one stands out as the absolute worst. The air was bad, filled with the pungent smell of ant killer. You definitely get what you pay for; it's just like a budget guesthouse back home.
