This is a very nice boutique hotel with clean spacious rooms and a nice restaurant. Far enough from the clubs so its quiet enough to sleep.

The hotel is clean, but there is no parking available. The two male staff members were polite, friendly, and welcoming. However, the front desk service felt discriminatory. They treated foreign guests much better, but when they saw Thai guests, their attitude felt disrespectful and looked down on us.

Housekeeping was disappointing. It seemed like the bed sheets were not changed properly and the same sheets were reused. The floor towels were also not replaced. Drinking water was not refilled when it ran out.

When booking through an app, the staff said they were “not sure” if the booking could be confirmed and did not guarantee anything. But if booking directly at the front desk, they could do it immediately. It felt like they did not want guests to book through apps because the app prices are cheaper and they may not get commission.

Most guests staying here seem to be foreigners rather than Thai people. Overall, the cleanliness is acceptable, but the service and attitude toward Thai customers need serious i ovement.

I’m staying at the hotel and having a pleasant experience. The room is comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Overall, I’m enjoying my stay very much.

This is the only hotel I stay in when I go to Thailand no hotel compares to the DAWIN for the price and the service

This hotel is really clean, and it's my second or third time staying here. The Nana BTS station is very convenient, and the area is quite lively at night, which is great. I'm still very satisfied. The only thing is, the prices seem to have gone up a bit; it used to be a little expensive.

It is a nice hotel, and is in a decent location, the staff is friendly and attentive, the restaurant has a good breakfast, the only complaint I have is that there is not 1 continuously powered outlet to charge items when you are away
