terrible! Hygiene is absolutely shocking - no toilet paper, wet floors. We paid £19 for a double room and had to walk down two flights of dangerous, rickety stairs to the loo every time - this is despite paying for a private room. Towels weren’t ready at 20pm either. We have paid half the price for much better service. Doesn’t seem to be any will to improve things, was met with nonchalance when I reported on no soap/toilet paper.

The room was great – very clean, the environment was elegant, and it offered excellent value for money.

No breakfast, the say there is a free breakfast on the booking platform, and I based my decision to stay here on filtering for breakfast. No breakfast. Not very clean.

This hostel should be banned. The worst hostel in Bangkok. Dirty and dangerous,; I saw many people fighting at the reception about the problem & mistakes from the receptionist. Not safe at all. Everyone working on the reception are so rude and fake. They don't care, so disgusting.

The bedsheets were dirty and the bathroom smelled like pee. The hostel felt unsafe, literally and figuratively. There were open floorboards and rickety ladders to climb the bed. While it is a cheap stay, I would not recommend.

This hostel is old and not quite clean. Maybe they should improve this place because the location is great!

Possibly the worst facilities of a hostel I've seen. The beds are comfortable and clean, but the men's toilet is filthy, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, and it doesn't flush, and has no running water, so everybody is using the women's toilet, which is leaking out the base of the cistern.

Weird sign on the women's shower too, "no *** allowed" not entirely sure what they mean by that, but it's offensive.

Clean bed, good position, bread with jam for breakfast and 24/7 reception

One of the worst Bangkok's hostels.

The check-in process was like going through airport migration security. After that, it felt like I'd been thrown into a prison. The bunks were uncomfortable and had no curtains, the sheets were dirty, the shelves were dusty, the lights were broken, and you had to pay extra for towels.

Sontingent is low-culture - in the sleeping area they were yelling on their phones, watching loud TV shows, not showering.

In the bathroom it is scary to touch surfaces, dirt, water and someone's hair.
The shower curtain is one good sneeze away from falling to the floor.
There were no hooks to hang your towels, so you had to hold onto them with your teeth.

The "breakfast" was an absolute joke. It was just a bunch of empty cans of the cheapest, the most unhealthy stuff you can imagine.
They should be ashamed to even call it food.

PS: 3howw hostel sukhumvit is more better.

This is only a review for the cafe downstairs. In a v peaceful and people-watching mood today, so came by to Baan Bovorn Cafe to watch the sunset over some Thai iced tea (50Baht/ ₹122)

Always love how the kitsch & culture & colours come together in these roadside cafés 😍

The owner isn't very welcoming and the dorms are very small- difficult to manage with luggage around. Spotted cockroaches at the counter!!

Stayed in a four person bedroom with bunk beds. Pretty small and narrow room. Almost like a college dorm feel which I didn't mind. Each floor had two shared bathroom stall and two shower stall. Pretty clean and good plumbing. Didn't try their free provided breakfast. Concierge spoke English well and we're very welcoming!
