Nantra Silom in Bangkok

My trip to Bangkok this time felt cursed; every hotel I stayed at had issues. When I went to check in, a young woman at the front desk gave me two sets of documents. One was mine, and the other had an English name very similar to mine. I had only booked one room, so I told her I hadn't reserved two rooms, just one. However, due to a language barrier and being tired from just returning from Pattaya, the front desk insisted on giving me two key cards, even though I was only staying in one room (because I hadn't booked three rooms). It wasn't until around 11:30 PM that a male staff member at the front desk stopped me from going upstairs and questioned me about it. I was so frustrated. Why should guests be bothered when it's the front desk's own mistake? They should fix it themselves! Finally, the male staff member told me that I had booked a small room without a window, but I was staying in a large room with a window? So? Let me reiterate, I only booked one room. It was during check-in this afternoon that you insisted on giving me three key cards! You should take responsibility for your own mistakes instead of constantly bothering and preventing guests from entering their rooms when they haven't done anything wrong. I will not recommend this place in the future!
