We first was given a very sad looking worn down room, but there was no problem changing it to the one on the picture in our booking when we asked.
The room was comfortable enough, nothing special, but it was lovely with the rooftop pool. I booked it because of the area, and it was a good choice.
Near BTS and attraction, convenient to other places.
Like the local food near hotel.
Relaxing at swimming pool too
Unfortunately, our experience changed when we found a cockroach in our room, which was quite unpleasant. Later, very noisy neighbors moved in next door. They were extremely loud, constantly stomping and moving furniture, which made it very difficult to sleep.
We tried to resolve the issue with the staff, but unfortunately nothing could be done about the noise. Eventually, we were moved to another room. While it was quieter and better than dealing with the constant noise, the new room did not fully meet our expectations. The view from the window was not very good, and that was important to us.
Overall, the stay was okay, but not great. Some aspects were fine, but the issues we faced definitely affected our experience.
Environment: Convenient for dining, with a variety of street food stalls and Chinese restaurants at reasonable prices.
Service: The front desk staff were very helpful.
Facilities: The shower water temperature was difficult to adjust, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature.
