İt was the best stay ever. I felt like I was in my home

There is no elevator and no parking. Not suitable for people with a lot of luggage or multiple suitcases.
You have to carry your luggage up to your room yourself because there is no elevator.
Not very convenient for parking and shuttle car.

Very bad. The staff spoke without manners. The deposit was not returned. In the end, they talked to the customer in a very bad way.

The room was very clean, but the sound insulation was not good. I didn't sleep all night, listening to the sound of motorcycles and cars on the road. I checked out early and was charged a deposit of 1,000 baht.

I forgot to return the deposit when I checked out, and there was no prompt from the front desk. A few days later, when I went to withdraw the money with the note, I refused to admit it. The video was played, but I still didn’t want to withdraw. Finally, I said I would call the police before withdrawing, and I looked down on my face.
The facilities are good, but the service needs to be improved and standardized.
