Infinite Hotel at Ratchada in Bangkok

Please check everything in the room once you entered for the first time.. The black stain on the pillow was there even before we entered the room and the hotel staff just blamed us. The other stain we left on the sheet we admit that we made it.. it’s not blood or hard-to-remove stain though. Still, staff demanded the payment of laundry fee of 250 Baht. What a scam!

Tell them if you found anything wrong in the room or pay the ridiculous fee..

We didn’t even complain the stain on the pillow.. for Christ sake…

It's adequate, but location and basic room facilities make it a tough place to stay for more than one night. The room I was in had no wardrobe and with the power sockets in the corners of the room meant I needed to sit on the floor to use them while they were charging. Location is poor it's a long walk to public transport and the soi is not suitable for pedestrians

Unhonest hotel,we ask for refund bcause We are affected by new government requirements for border restrictions after i have made my booking payment to the hotel for test n go package including pcr test,but they totally ignored,so we lost our money 6980 bath for 2 person,for all the tourist please don't go to this hotel...

The view from my room was ok and it was the cheapest Sha extra+ hotel i could find and the room was ok more or less.now the not so ok things.the water in the shower was strong enough to wash an ant 🐜 and nothing bigger.i washed my self with a glass from the sink water tap.there are no cable, anyway no channel for premier league or any foreign channel in English.there was no real table for eating.and there was a problem to get a good wifi resepcion in my room, though after a lot of attempts I managed that task.also the breakfast i ordered was one of the warst i ever had and I must say that I usually don't mind airplane ✈️ food but that was too much.at least the place was guiet clean.
