Hotels on first line in Chonburi

Been to pattaya many times and diamond city place is still my favourite hotel. left valuables and tips on the bed. only bad point is no free WiFi

I stay here every time. It's great value for money.

It's within fair walking distance to Pattaya Beach Road and other key spots, if you enjoy walking. Otherwise, Grab bike rides are usually around 40+ baht, so also a convenient option

The hotel offers great value for money, with clean and spacious rooms. The water pressure was strong, temperature was good, and the WiFi worked okay during my stay

I stayed at Diamond City Place in Pattaya twice during my trip — once for a week and then returned later because I really enjoyed the experience overall

Staff was in my experience exelent, especially the cleaning staff. What really stood out for me was the location and price — both were spot on

Location is pretty convenient to Second Road, Tree Town and the like. Pool is very small, in disarray, and there seemed to be a worker just camped out next to it every day not really doing anything

The room wasn't very clean, but it was spacious and close to the beach

I didn't check the booking details properly; the hotel doesn't have its own parking area, but luckily I was able to park on the side of the road when I arrived

The daytime receptionist was very friendly and helpful with finding transport options. I’d stay there again, though, because of the good location (near the beach, the mall, the downtown) and the privacy

The girl at reception was fantastic, very helpful with any of our questions. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was a very central position, and a very good stay.

Enjoyed my stay. I will stay there on my next trip to Pattaya

Fabulous 5star hotel in Central Pattaya at the beach in between the 2 shopping malls. I had marked the style and the Cadillac already several times, but this was my first stay and it was a gigantic success

Best hospitality service for all staff, good quality of food such as; breakfast and dinner. Quite room in the centre of Pattaya,easy to walk to the beach and shopping mall and any place.

An outstanding feature was the airconditioning: very effective and silent, a remarkable feature in Thailand. Breakfast was delicious and generous until 11am and we loved the art deco style throughout the hotel

Very professional with regard to your guest leaving. The rooms are old and they offer the same terrible breakfast buffet. Some times they offer a cooked breakfast from the menu

It also gives you a nice view of the beach from your room and the vibe is relaxing. There’s a bunch of nearby restaurants and bars so it’s not hard to find food and things to do

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. The room was great except there was no hot water. The location is excellent, so close to the beach. Breakfast was good and there are quite a few local restaurants close by.

Good location near 3 sailing clubs. On a negative note, they give you soap and shampoo in tiny bottles: thats a lot of plastic waste and very bad for the planet. Please switch to big refillable bottles!

Room was great and clean. The only bad thing is the toilet was quite slippery and the water system is not so good, made the temperature of shower water uncontrollable.

This is my second time staying here at 18 coins hostel , and it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve found in this area. All the party clubs and nightlife spots are close by, and the beach is also not far from here

Even though the check-out time is 12 PM, they let me stay until 2 PM because my bus was late. Such nice people! There's a good reception area where you can bring food and eat while watching the outside moving traffic.

It really feels like the centre of everything, which is why I came back again. The hostel and hotel offer good shared rooms. There are separate rooms and washrooms for girls. Reception service is available 24/7

There is a beach 500 metres away, but we did not go swimming there as the water was dirty. In 20 minutes by car is a “military beach” at the Thai Navy naval base, there is clean water and you can swim without problems

There is a balcony, TV, sofa and double bed, but not very big. The territory of the hotel is quite big, with two swimming pools, which are lit by the sun all day long, so they are warm

The entrance to the hotel is a narrow alley, not next to the sea, a short drive away. But the road has no lights and is lonely

very quiet. The store manager sister is very nice and can speak Cantonese. The first floor is the living room and the second floor has two guest rooms. It is very cost-effective.

Exceptional grounds with a stunning, ornate Coy Carp pond and soon to be a couple of mini goats. The owner, when he is in town is a very nice guy. I highly recommend a stay here

This hotel in Central Pattaya is incredibly charming and offers amazing value for money! ✨ The towels are so soft I wanted to take them home. 😂 There's a swimming pool and plenty of photo spots

Booked the suite room, huge room with an amazing sea view. This made up for the poor coffee at breakfast time. In general, the breakfast could have been better. Nicer area of Pattaya but still close to everything

KP Seaview is located in Najomtien, in the quieter part of Jomtien. This means the Jomtien Night Market is only accessible by shared taxi, but that's not an issue. The big advantage of this hotel is its tranquility

There's no bar, no live band in the evening, and no sprawling pool. It simply offers rooms, but they have everything you need and are kept very clean by the housekeeping staff

The room was clean and located just across the street from the beach. Parking is a bit limited, but overall not a bad choice for an unplanned 1 night stay.

They went above and beyond for us. Will be returning to this hotel and heavy recommend staying here to watch the sunset. I will be a returning customer for many years to come

But there is hair and body shampoo in room. Breakfast was not great, especially for Iranians. At entrance date, they charge you 500 BHT as deposit for room devices insurance🙃 They give you recite, and it is ok

The room was spacious and the cleanliness was acceptable. There were quite a few Indian guests ,one night someone woke me up by talking loudly in the hallway.

Clean and reasonably  priced, ******* were noisy but thats to be expected. Kettle was dirty but apart from that i enjoyed my stay.

The sea is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk away. There are also many shops and cafes nearby. The observation deck and the Big Buddha are also within walking distance

A perfect stay for a weekend gateway. Loved their hospitality,spacious rooms, neat and clean environment.Stayed for 3 night with my family. located centrally and easy to access market, beach and favourite places.

They have good shampoo and shower gel, so you don't have to bring your own. Everything is nearby: three 7/11s, Tops, about 9 Massage, about 15 cafes, and some food stalls (they have delicious short ribs in honey)

We enjoyed the 150 baht breakfasts, which were excellent. Nuggets, spring rolls, sausages, eggs, fruit, drinks, vegetables, and toast are included. Everything you need to cook is prepared especially for you

But All 3 days the same menu was repeated. The room service was responsive. We had a broken latch on our door. They immediately came over and fixed it. Overall we had a decent stay for the money paid

This is the third time I stayed here. The hotel is very safe with security guards and not far away from shops. Staff are friendly and they can speak English very well. Highly recommended for all!!!

My Stay here was good for this price range. The room is 700 m away from the main road. So we had to walk all the way for TUK TUK. The room was spacious and had a balcony with road view

The accommodation is okay for the price, but it's not on the beach. There's no breakfast. There's a rice porridge shop a short walk away.

There is no bar or a restaurant on the premises (the nearest bar is 50 m away), but that adds to the quiet atmosphere of this place. No hot water under the showers, but that's hardly a problem after the heat of the day

Beatifull location friendly staff there were some ants in the bathroom but we talked with the staff and they fix the problem very fast so no problem. was a good stay good price too would recommend this hotel

The owner lady allowed us to extend check-out time by 3 hrs, as we wanted to take a shower after our final beach visit before boarding ferry back home. We dealt with some insects in the bathroom, harmless though

The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is also OK. But everything is very old, the hotel territory is not equipped. If you spend the night and take a shower, then it's OK.

The place is completely reachable with Grab, so location was not a problem at all. The sea view, especially during sunset was just splendid and made our stay all worth it

At some point I honestly felt like I was in Bali — it’s that quiet, green and peaceful. Completely away from the drunk crowds and the usual Pattaya vibe. This doesn’t feel like Pattaya at all — it’s a little paradise

There are so many perfect spots to sit, watch the sea, read, or simply take a nap, all surrounded by beautiful greenery and ample shade. The entire staff is wonderful, offering exceptional service and genuine smiles

The beach is clean, the room is beautiful, and the whole area is full of trees and greenery. Sunsets and sunrises here are just… wow. I felt so relaxed and recharged

It’s also just a short walk to the night party streets, which is super convenient if you want to explore the nightlife. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool

The accommodation is clean and convenient to travel. Across the road is the beach.

The location was great because it was right along the beach road! There were no amenities such as toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hot water in the shower was hard to get in my room.

The female staff member was incredibly friendly and even helped me book a car back to Bangkok. The only minor issue in my room was a slightly clogged sink, but the shower pressure was fantastic – truly satisfying
