It's a small hotel with seven rooms surrounding a swimming pool. It's kept spotlessly clean and has comfortable beds. It's run by Blain, a former seaplane pilot, and his charming wife, Bobbie

Great rooms, great host, nice pool to chill during the day. Nice quiet area and close to many great restaurant. Drinks are available and food on request, Bobbi is a great cook!! Will definitely come back

The accommodation is very good. The room is clean and very spacious. There is parking. The pool is clean. The service is very good.

We stayed in room 4 for 3 weeks in January 2025. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Bobbi and Blaine were perfect hosts. We were made to very welcome throughout our stay. Staff were excellent and helpful

The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby

The rooms were bright and spacious, with warm and comfortable lighting, and even had smart TVs. The hotel's location was superb, with a beautiful rooftop pool creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere

Money might solve almost any problem, but for your safety, I suggest that next time you stay at this hotel, record the entire check-in process with your phone before entering the room and on the day of check-out, including all items in the room and any items that require payment, to avoid unnecessary disputes

My stay at Leela Resort n Spa I stayed at Leela Resort for four nights and really enjoyed my time here. The environment is beautiful, with many big, shady trees that make the whole place feel peaceful and relaxing

It's a 5-minute walk to Second Road. If you go right, you'll reach the Terminal 21 mall, and if you go left, you'll get to Central Pattaya, both about 15 minutes away. Breakfast was simple, but there was enough to eat

Our room was on the second floor and was perfectly decent. Rooms either face the road or the water; ours faced the road. Since we were only staying for a couple of nights, we didn't have any issues

The hotel grounds, I would say, are not well-maintained. For the most part, this is a city hotel, good for an overnight stay. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel vacation, this is definitely not the place

There was road noise in the room that made it hard to sleep, so I think if that's important to you, it's better to get a room that doesn't face the road. The linens and towels were clean

The room has a balcony and is very comfortable. The swimming pool is a bit small. The only problem is that the location is a bit remote. It is only 500 meters away from the beach

However, the beach is a bit smelly and not well maintained

But for not much money and the service is appropriate. Wi-Fi in the room almost does not work, and also jams mobile Internet. The pool is very small and not improved. Breakfasts, you can choose, no frills

Awesome morning staff, 7/11 a few steps away for cheap water, yogurt, beer for fridge. 24 hour McDonald's/mall next door, 5 minutes to Walking Street. Centrally located 30 seconds from beach

Room is nice and cool. Small though but good with budget travellers. Service is not good though. Their free breakfast starts at 8:30am. Location is close to beach and Mcdonalds is near also.

Good value for money and quite quiet bearing in mind it's location. Has baths in most rooms. Very near night life and good restaurants and beach road with baht buses convenient for shopping malls.

Eastiny Seven on Soi 7 is conveniently located near the beach and has a very good nightlife. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that loud music from nearby bars can disturb your sleep

The room is near by walking street, location is good. Near pattaya beach, indian food, thai food available in 300 mtr.

Staff behaviour was good and hospitality was also good. And they are very to help you about location and places that you want to visit

First time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be back. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The swimming pool stayed open until late, which our daughter really enjoyed

It is highly recommended to book a pool view room only; otherwise, the noise and dust will be an issue. – The soundproofing is poor, so you can hear quite a bit from the hallways and neighboring rooms

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever

Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep

The location is great, on 2nd Road - an easy walk to the beach and most places of interest in Pattaya. The car park is huge, but not covered. Swimming pool is nice, but very little shade so pretty hot until about 4pm

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal stay at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya! I recently visited Thailand on my bachelor’s trip and stayed for 2 nights at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya—and it was absolutely phenomenal

The property is very large, but they provide battery-operated vehicles that conveniently take you from your building to the reception, pool, or other areas—very thoughtful and well managed

There’s also a beautiful lake, a swimming pool, and even a small temple within the campus, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere

Beautiful garden, large balcony, squirrels, turtles in the lakes, peacocks, roosters, lots of beautiful butterflies, lots of chirping birds, 7 eleven right on the corner, very clean rooms, very helpful cleaning ladies, guarded 24 hours

Location-wise, it’s also very convenient—there’s a 7-Eleven right outside the resort, along with Korean cafés and karaoke spots on the same street. Overall, an excellent stay with great value for money

However, it's quite far from the beach, Walking Street, and Terminal 21, all about 2 kilometers away, so you'll need to take a taxi or a motor

I didn't realize until check-in that the hotel was located down a small lane off the main road. I also didn't know there was a large supermarket right at the main road entrance, where you could grab a late dinner

The rooftop pool offers a view of the distant sea. Unfortunately, I visited in mid-January, and it was too cold to swim, so I just took some photos. Otherwise, the hotel was quite clean

This is ideal for those staying their last night in Pattaya; you can leave your luggage at the front desk, go out and explore for most of the day, then return to the hotel, pick up your bags, and head straight to the bus stop, saving you a lot of hassle with luggage

I like the location even though it is not that far from the beach, however not walking distance. Hotel Breakfast is less than satisfactory

It was bustling with people, and perfect for picking up some water. I was unaware that the hotel had a private business/lounge area on the second floor

Room clean up to standard (me being nitpicky - the shower pressure wasn’t the greatest) but overall good, Walkable distance to Pattaya beach and a short drive to Jomtien beach

Will definitely return! Oh and the pool was open till about midnight which was a bonus!

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

The room was clean and comfy, breakfast had plenty of choices. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the hot water (the faucet was switched), but the staff fixed it right away

Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.

Good clean near walking street

Food was very tasty when we visited in August 2024. Specially the kheer. Ambience is too good. Only Asians people are spoiling the surroundings. Drinking water was not good. Kindly check the water before drinking.

We loved the rooms, swimming pool and all the amminities provided by Mind Resort. Ranveer Singh was very helpful and served whatever breakfast we want. I highly recommend this place if you are going to Pattaya

Very close to the beach. Both the service and the ambiance were excellent.

Wet close to beach and nice tiki bar right next-door. 

Also, it is relatively larger than most other rooms in the area. The pool is on the rooftop without building surroundings, and that's another reason I chose the place. TV is relatively old, and it has no HDMI

Picking this location since it seems convenient and walking distance to anything required such as the beach, food market, restaurants, massage, and entertainment

Brilliant hotel brilliant services just one of the clearers very small and very old always asked for money and for small dirt on towels she always charged money but had to give her the money i think she was just doing this to make extra money, other than that everyone was excellent service

Mattresses are hard, lights are multiple, but dim and insufficient, especially in the bathroom, and the showers are challenging because of water pouring all over the floor, making it very tricky to step out, not recommended for older folks
