I stay here every time. It's great value for money.

Always stay here if I can. Very well positioned and the rooms are big and comfortable.

Fast and easy check in found the hotel to be a bit tired hole in bedding but adequate for a two night stay

I stayed at Diamond City Place in Pattaya twice during my trip — once for a week and then returned later because I really enjoyed the experience overall. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean and spacious rooms. The water pressure was strong, temperature was good, and the WiFi worked okay during my stay. Staff was in my experience exelent, especially the cleaning staff. What really stood out for me was the location and price — both were spot on. It's within fair walking distance to Pattaya Beach Road and other key spots, if you enjoy walking. Otherwise, Grab bike rides are usually around 40+ baht, so also a convenient option. A couple of things to note: My first room was near the road, and the traffic noise could get a bit disturbing. However, when I came back, I asked for a room away from the street and it was much better — quieter and more relaxing. The only thing I personally didn’t like was the bed — it was super hard for my taste, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to mattress firmness. There’s a restaurant connected to the hotel, although it's on the slightly higher price range. Also nearby are a Starbucks, pharmacies, dentists, and other useful places. Right across the road, there’s an outdoor gym which I found pretty cool too. Not very welcoming at reception, otherwise everything was fine.

It's easy to get to by public transport, but the noise from the road was a bit annoying at night.
The room was spacious, so I was able to relax.

my favorite hotel, perfectly located and very clean

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time. The check-in documents were on the counter, but no one wanted to check us in before 14. Early check-in costs 300 baht. We had a long flight, so we paid.
Superior family room on the 5th floor. The room has 2 king-size beds, a table, 2 chairs and an ottoman, a table with a mirror, a wardrobe. There is a mini kitchen: an electric stove, a refrigerator, a kettle. The dishes include one frying pan, plates and cups, spoons and forks. No knife. No microwave. The furniture is old, the room needs cosmetic repairs. But otherwise it is clean. No dryer, no hair dryer (you can get one for 50 baht per day). The air conditioner cools. There is hot water in the shower. Gel and shampoo are provided. When you wash in the bath, the water flows onto the floor.
Pool is a strong word. A paddling pool. The water is heavily chlorinated and leaves float. In the evening you can hear noise from the road. There is no soundproofing.
The hotel is located 25 minutes from the pier. There is a fruit market nearby.

The facilities are a bit old, but it is a spacious and clean hotel with plenty of sunlight. It is a bit disappointing that it is far from large shopping malls and the beach, but there are various convenient facilities such as convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so the location is not bad for activities overall. I recommend it.
