The hotel does not have a beach view, as it is located 25 minutes walk from the sea. Cozy hotel with very little street noise and you only hear the occasional motorcycle without a muffler. The staff is very helpful and they want you to have a pleasant stay. They are always helpful if there is anything and you quickly notice that this is the culture among the staff as it applies from when you arrive at the reception on arrival until you are escorted to the taxi that you leave the hotel with on departure. The rooms are bright and modern, have good air conditioning and the cleanliness is very good. Also positive is that Foodland and Big C are in the immediate vicinity. I stayed at the hotel for 1 month and if the holiday had not ended I would have happily stayed there longer. One of my favorite hotels!

Great value for your money. We recently had an enjoyable 3 nights stay at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast selection not big but was prepared deliciously. A 24-hour large Foodland store located just 100m from the property. All staff members were very friendly and greet you with a warm smile. Honorable mention to aunt Mod who was exceptionally helpful, speaks fluent english and interactively mingle with each guest. I no doubt will stay here again on future visits to Pattaya.

Stayed Here for 4 nights. The hospitality of the staff is amazing and rooms are well maintained. One of the best hotels in Pattaya with affordable price. If I come back, surely I will book this.

✨ Such a cozy place to get away from the chaos of life in the big city. This hotel is perfect for unwinding and relaxing your body and soul. The location is good as it is not too close to the main busy road. However, it is easy to reach big supermarkets, restaurants, and food vendors. Moreover, the hotel staff are incredibly hospitable and service-minded. They are always ready to help with delightful service 🥰

Fantastic staff, treat you as family. Nice rooms, good breakfast. I love the swimming pool on level 8 top of hotel, towels provided too. Will open Pool early if you ask so can swim before breakfast!!! Stay here always when in this vicinity. Entrance next to high Harbour hotel from main street

room is a decent size but a little dim at night, wish there was more lighting especially in the bathroom.
cleaning is OK but could be better, when i wiped basic surfaces myself i could see they werent cleaned thoroughly.
bed is very stiff.
the rooftop is nice to hangout and view the city
it is quiet, no noise from outside or inside.
even though the beach is a 15-20 minute walk away the location has its perks - there is a 24 hr foodland and 24 hr restaurant both just steps away which is super convenient.
the owner/manager is very nice and enthusiastic.
the wifi is a little unpredictable and went out multiple times randomly, but not for too long.
unfortunately a few days in i woke up with bug bites all over my leg, some on my feet and ankle. during my stay at some point i saw what was probably a mosquito flying around my room so that could have been the culprit.
I like that they leave a feedback card for any comments or suggestions

I think they provide good services more than the price.
Good bed and good swimming pool.
A little far from Pattaya beach about 20 mins by walk. But if you are familiar with the bike taxi, it won’t be a problem.
Many people were staying here.
There is also a 24 hour supermarket near by. Grab some alcohol and relax around the pool at night is perfect.
