Excellent value for money and the perfect location for exploring Pattaya. Everything is within walking distance and central mall is just two minutes walk yet it’s quiet and peaceful away from the main road.

I stayed in Pattaya for two nights over the New Year holidays.
I checked in over an hour after check-in time.
I was shown to my room, but it wasn't ready yet, so I had to wait outside. There was no elevator and my room was on the third floor, which was uncomfortable when I was drunk.
The location was close to Central, so it was convenient to get around.

Very well located. At the end of a cul-de-sac, with some trees in the courtyard and not too much noise.

The rooms are clean and adequate 👍
The bathroom was okay; everything worked and it was clean, but unfortunately, there was an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the pipes.

For the price, it was a good choice.

The room was quite nice and very cost-effective. I didn't have high expectations for a hotel costing just over 100 yuan, but the courtyard was very pleasant with lots of plants. The staff were also very welcoming and helped us with our luggage to the room. The room was quite clean. I wasn't expecting much from the cleanliness of this hotel since I was just looking for a temporary place to stay, but it was a great deal for the price. If you don't have high expectations for accommodation, this is a good option.

The linens are dirty, I found the linen’s stain on the second night and when I reported it to the reception they tried to charge me.

This is a nice restaurant with great food portions and options.

I could see the staff were struggling to keep up a bit, probably because of how busy it was but they were nice nonetheless.

it's best to book a table beforehand as it's very busy during peak time (6-8pm).

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and the food has generally been good. However, during my recent visit, the new staff were rude, unprofessional, and even demanded a tip. I was also served undercooked chicken, and when I pointed it out, the replacement still wasn’t fully cooked. This was extremely disappointing and posed a serious health risk.

Food was okay, not great but good enough.Chicken schnitzel, not pounded flat enough, but the batter was pretty good or the breading. French a little soggy for me, but overall it's passable

Cozy restaurant with delicious Balkan cuisine in Pattaya. The Croatian/Yugo platter was a real value-for-money hit – generous portions, freshly prepared, and nicely presented.
Friendly and attentive service, relaxed atmosphere.
One small minus: no Ajvar – which for me is a must-have. Still, highly recommended!
