ibis Pattaya in Pattaya

I love the beds and pillows at all Ibis locations. They’re the perfect balance of firm and soft, helping me sleep soundly every time. I usually struggle to fall asleep when I’m in a new place, but not here.

The staff are polite and provide excellent service, from housekeeping to the reception team.

Great location as well—easy access to the beach, safe, and situated on a private road shared with three nearby hotels.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable from start to finish.

Overall, the staff provided good service and were easy to approach whenever we needed assistance.

The team was polite and attentive, which made the experience more pleasant

After staying at a few different hotels in Pattaya this one has to be my absolute favorite staff are absolutely brilliant very helpful especially on New Year's Eve when the hotel was super busy.
The room is my everyday and looks so inviting every time you come back free water is given to you everyday and tea and coffee.
Very convenient to get to the beach and also terminal 21 with its outstanding shopping mall I would highly recommend the market just outside and help yourself to a fantastic smoothie.

Let me start off by the good things:

The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Any request made is quickly tended to.

The pool is clean and well maintained and access is easy.

The cleanliness is top notch for the rooms as well as the other areas of the hotel.

The location is fantastic. The prime areas are at a walking distance and you will have no problems finding songthaew or app taxis or even deliveries.

Now the bad things:

The biggest con for me was the lack of charging points. Guys at Ibis Pattaya! This is 2025 and we have at least 2 mobile phones per couple! There is not a single charging port jn the standard rooms. We had to disconnect the TV and the water boiling machine to just charge our phones. At least provide a charging strip.

The TV is ancient like being straight from the early 2000’s. The TVs should be smart and make it usable for the foreign tourists who are not familiar with Thai channels.

The standard rooms are fine but the shower area is so small! It feels like showering in a vertical coffin.

There is no place to hang your clothes while bathing. There is a rod below the wash basin but I don’t want my fresh clothes and towel to touch the toilet bowl.

The room has no option for bright lights. You cannot get ready in the dim yellow lights.

The windows are too small and can feel claustrophobic.

Well, now you know why the starting price of the rooms are cheap here. Anyway, the hotel is good for a quick 1-2 day stay for standard rooms. Would highly recommend to book the bigger ones for longer duration of your stay.

10/10 for location and services.
4/10 for being modern
7/10 for comfort (standard rooms only)

The location is perfect near beach, view from hotel is mesmerizing.
Hospitality is top notch, staffs are very friendly.breakfast buffet is continental they have too many options if you are vegetarian.

I had a wonderful stay at IBIS Hotel in Pattaya. The hotel was spotless, and the room was cozy and comfortable. We were grateful for the extra bed provided since we had our baby girl with us. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early for one of the rooms. Everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcome, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful service. Thank you, IBIS, for making our stay so pleasant – it was an amazing experience!

Had a amazing time at Ibis Pattaya, although I had late Check-in, but hotel staff was very corporative and helpful.

Bed was comfy and good enough for couple to crash.

Would like to visit again and again.

The hotel is at good location, but recommended only if you will be outside all day and come only at the hotel for sleep. Breakfast is weak, pool is weak, rooms are 3/5 level comfortable, but at least was quite clean. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Hotel is in a good location. It will be better if more toiletries are provided and the lighting of the room is brighter. The pool closes at 7pm which is very early compared to other hotels. The pool was clean but there were a lot of leaves from the tree which fell inside. However, this hotel is value for money especially those who are looking for a family room.
