KTK Pattaya Hotel and Residence in Pattaya

The cleaning staff, and staff at the connected restaurant were excellent. The room was spacious and clean, and pool areas quite good.
However the bathtub in our room didnt work the forst night, and after beign repaired the water was still brownish. The worst aspect of the hotel however was the staff at the front desk. One night i had food poisoning, and was vomiting in the room. My fiance went downstairs in a robe to ask the staff on hand if she could get a tea bag to make tea and help settle my stomach. Despite being clearly distressed, she was ignored, the told "theres no tea" and "the cleaners went home" by an older lady at the deak with pale makeup. When she said there must surely ne just one teabag around, the woman pointed down the road in the dark and said "supermarket, you go! GO!" with the last word basically shouted. My fiance (obviously half dressed, so unable to walk 700m in the dark) just turned and came back upstairs. As she was leaving she saw another member of staff talking to the older woman, and we received a phone call in the room later and a staff member brought teabags which miraculously appeared.
This, coupled with no smiles at the front desk, or any questions about how our stay was when we left meant that despite reasonable facilities and rooms, we definitely won't be back.
There is no focus on customer service from the staff at the front desk.
