I was staying at the hotel for a week in late September 2016 Amazing service experience The rooms are excellent and the food is good But the hotel staff just great And especially the management did everything to get me to my maximum enjoyment of this hotel

i spent one week here its a quiet place and the beds were very very comfortable everything was good the only downside was the low water pressure in the bathroom i want to make a second update

ive stayed in many places in pattaya around this price range but this one feels like home ive been here for over a month. the staff are very helpful this place really makes me feel at home

If cannot live without lifting heavy, can find lots of commercial gyms in Pattaya, just less than 1km away there's Universe Gym which is equipped for heavy lifting as well

This hotel is good with out the high price great location and unbelievable staff that look after you every time beds and showers food and drinks plus and great pool and as well I always stay here because everything I like is quality with a touch of class as well if you get a chance to book up when it’s available you won’t be disappointed it’s close to everything central and other malls and restaurants

This place really offers more than what you pay. U can either book a room with swimming pool entry or a room with balcony. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is near markets so it is good if you want to shop

I believe Sutus Court is the best location in Pattaya. Everything is so close and the staff are excellent with nothing any trouble. I have stayed there many times and will always stay there again when I come to Pattaya

Consists of several buildings around a small swimming pool which is accessible for guests of all buildings. Common area with hot water to make a coffee

The price is reasonable and you can sleep quietly. There is a clothesline on the balcony where you can hang out your laundry. A happy family lives at the front desk. The pool is a little dirty with floating debris

This hotel isn't exactly on the center but it offers big rooms, clean and affordable prices. Only thing that bothered me was the internet: pretty unstable at times. Overall good budget option for your stay in Pattaya

Good location, it’s about 15 minutes from Central Pattaya and beach, a lot of food around here and laundry. The room was large, quiet and clean with good conditioning. I enjoyed and recommend to book this hotel!

Only complaint is that the water is not hot or warm at all. Next time I will stay, I will check again to see if it has been fixed. But it is impressive and makes me want to go back to stay again

The receptionist at the reception is from Myanmar and doesn't speak any languages. There were some difficulties with check-in. The internet is good. The hotel is quiet and almost deserted.

Very good location, convenient to travel anywhere, close to every point. Can walk to eat, sit, drink, play pool table, not far. Going to the beach is very convenient

Just like the photos, it's right on the beachfront road, directly across from the sea. We had two rooms, and breakfast with a view of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.

The room type I booked had no windows, so as soon as I woke up, I'd take a taxi to the school by the sea and spend the whole day at the restaurant there

If you're on vacation, it's definitely worth booking a nicer room with a sea view. That way, you can just relax comfortably in the hotel every day

It's comfortable, quiet, and the staff are friendly. Its unbeatable proximity to Soi Buakhao makes it my absolute favorite. Just a heads-up, as it's an older hotel, some of the facilities are a bit dated

Staffs at the reception were very helpful. They managed to change my room twice. 1st because of noisy music coming from the club at night, 2nd because the other room they gave me had a noisy aircon

Can't complain much as the million dollar sea view encompasses their old room condition. This place should be full during fireworks festival in November. Fall sick after staying the first night there

There's nothing to complain about this hotel. The staff is not too fluent in English but all you need to do is just use simple one-word English with body language and they will give you the best service ever

This is the second time I stay here. Everything is smooth. They don't provide slippers. We can walk to the beach.

There are 4 large suites for 8 adults. The space is very good. The kitchen is fully equipped and the swimming pool is very clean. There are also attendants cleaning it every day. It is worth staying for a few days.

Had a meal waiting for me and one more delivered in the evening, food pretty basic but a quick call to reception had some stuff delivered from 7/11. 00 saying my result was negative and i was free to go
