Staff behaviour was good and hospitality was also good. And they are very to help you about location and places that you want to visit

Good value for money and quite quiet bearing in mind it's location. Has baths in most rooms. Very near night life and good restaurants and beach road with baht buses convenient for shopping malls.

It's also near Ripley's Believe It or Not and Hard Rock Cafe. The reception staff is helpful but not so friendly (probably because their English skills are limited, which affects communication)

The rooms are big but the amenities are basic and lights are very dim. Many rooms still have old box-style TVs. There is a small fridge in the room. Overall, it's a good value for money

Eastiny Seven on Soi 7 is conveniently located near the beach and has a very good nightlife. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that loud music from nearby bars can disturb your sleep

The appearance of the environment is very beautiful and clean.

Not a bad spot to be up on top of Pattaya, very cool ocean views from a higher vantage point. Lots of Russian tourists if you want to feel closer to home

The rooms were nice and decent for the price as well as the complimentary breakfast

Be prepared for the fact that the hotel is home to a large number of Russian guests, and they are not always families. Quite often it’s loud groups drinking heavily, partying every other day until morning

The hotel staff shows no intention of addressing this issue. Requests to be moved to another room are simply brushed off with the standard response that there are no available rooms—end of discussion

Aside from that, the hotel itself is acceptable for a 3-star property. Unfortunately, the beach is poorly maintained: it’s noticeably dirty, which seriously detracts from the overall experience

The room was good, and the surroundings were great. The pool was large, and the staff were polite. Breakfast was decent, but the duvet wasn't the best. It was a bit pricey, but overall it was okay

The biggest NEGATIVE is that every single night there is a club in the area that BLASTS music to 4AM and you can audibly hear it in the rooms!! Luckily, my hearing is bad so it didn't bother me so much

I didn't realize until check-in that the hotel was located down a small lane off the main road. I also didn't know there was a large supermarket right at the main road entrance, where you could grab a late dinner

It was quite private, with several foreigners working there, and very clean. I also didn't realize that if you walk out of the hotel's small lane to the main road, there's a bus stop immediately to your right

It was bustling with people, and perfect for picking up some water. I was unaware that the hotel had a private business/lounge area on the second floor

The rooftop pool offers a view of the distant sea. Unfortunately, I visited in mid-January, and it was too cold to swim, so I just took some photos. Otherwise, the hotel was quite clean

This is ideal for those staying their last night in Pattaya; you can leave your luggage at the front desk, go out and explore for most of the day, then return to the hotel, pick up your bags, and head straight to the bus stop, saving you a lot of hassle with luggage

The Wi-Fi signal was strong, making it easy to work. Overall, it offers great value for money, and you can really feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal stay at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya! I recently visited Thailand on my bachelor’s trip and stayed for 2 nights at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya—and it was absolutely phenomenal

Location-wise, it’s also very convenient—there’s a 7-Eleven right outside the resort, along with Korean cafés and karaoke spots on the same street. Overall, an excellent stay with great value for money

Unexpectedly good price and service

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

All the staff here are very helpful and polite, especially the mascot 😼 The room I get has a brand new aircon unit just installed!!! Spacious room just as advertised in booking platform. Working TV and small refrigerator

(Big, heavy luggages, you have been warned 😉) No personal care kit, if you forgot toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, can be bought at 7-11, or Best Supermarket near Dolphin circle (5 mins walk) or even the supermarket in Terminal 21

Housekeeping make up the room daily, so it's really sparkling clean in there. The swimming pool is well maintained and I get the pool session of my open water course done right here! The downside for me, not a big deal

They provide a thermos for you to fill up with hot water at the lobby. Toilet, shower and bathtub working, water pressure is a lil bit weak but it's ok. I got a king bed in my room, comfortable with a lil bit squeaky

No lift, just stairs, the good old school way. They have three floors here, only ground floor and first floor in operation

The pool and sun terrace are great. There is also a gym if you want. Air conditioning in the lounge and the bedroom. Great location to get to Everything. I can't recommend these apartments enough

Good clean near walking street

Food was very tasty when we visited in August 2024. Specially the kheer. Ambience is too good. Only Asians people are spoiling the surroundings. Drinking water was not good. Kindly check the water before drinking.

Brilliant hotel brilliant services just one of the clearers very small and very old always asked for money and for small dirt on towels she always charged money but had to give her the money i think she was just doing this to make extra money, other than that everyone was excellent service

Mattresses are hard, lights are multiple, but dim and insufficient, especially in the bathroom, and the showers are challenging because of water pouring all over the floor, making it very tricky to step out, not recommended for older folks

Also, it is relatively larger than most other rooms in the area. The pool is on the rooftop without building surroundings, and that's another reason I chose the place. TV is relatively old, and it has no HDMI

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my third year staying at Adelphi Pattaya every July, and it never disappoints. I may not be the easiest guest, but the staff — especially Jab, Golf, and Wan — are always kind, patient, and professional

House cleaning came by daily and did an astounding job cleaning my room everyday. The gym was simple but had everything I needed, so I loved it. I will definitely book the Adelphi Pattaya again when I return here

The hotel is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The only noise I heard was a occasional motorbike, which was a welcome change from many Pattaya hotels where the bass from nightclubs pounds until 2 or 3 AM

I have stayed at the Nova Gold on several occasions, from a single night, as on this visit, to a period of three months. This is, in my opinion, a boutique hotel, small, friendly, and nicely decorated
