Eastiny Plaza hotel in Pattaya

Hi ,

I traveled from London to this hotel expecting my stay will be relaxing and easy I took 14hrs of long flight the hotel staff made me wait for an hour and I was running between the rooms as the room shown to me was miserable and not clean , The room was smelling and really bad . When requested to change the room the staff specially the manager was Rude and denied changing the room he said Either Stay or Go away. When i complaint about the lights (The lights were really low ) They asked me its my problem and not hotel problem.

I LITERALLY HAD TO BOOK A NEW HOTEL AND MOVE THERE AS THEY WHERE NOT CHANGING MY ROOM, ALL MY MONEY HAD GONE AND WASTED...

I would never ever suggest this hotel to any of my friends traveling from London, Germany or anywhere abroad and would also suggest people traveling not to get into this scam as there are many other better hotels available near by at same rates

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone what you see in travel photos is long gone here you just get a room that's it but the pool is good

Worst experience ever.. the staff was extremely disrespectful, better don't book it.
I don't know what happened and if it happened because I am an Indian. But me and my family with my baby nephews had been to this hotel during our stay it was quite normal but while checking out they forcefully made us pay for something that we had not committed. Some towels were missing they claimed, where as we challenged them to check our bags. yet they forced and argued very badly with my elderly parents and made them pay for the missing towels without even checking our bags which I felt was extremely insulting. As we are not begger's , if we have booked your hotel and have traveled to another country than I feel that we are at least capable to buy our own towels. Why the hell will I want to used some second hand towels that were used by previous customers.
And yes one of my nephew tore the door sign paper which is hung on the door knob but when they were talking to us it sounded as if he didn't destroy the paper but it was the whole hotel that he destroyed. The women on the counter even said bad things about the baby and that was the worst thing.
They should respect their customers first instead of trying to make money out of good customers. I would never in my life suggest this hotel to anyone.

Terrible cheap low grade place.. We are sorry we made our booking through make my trip.worst choice.. Bad rooms..no view...loud music from bars below..
No kettle n tea maker.
2.star rooms.
Terrible rude staff.

The rooms have not enough lights, the washroom are not cleaned properly as the there is a particular weird smell in the washroom and water clogged. Even the shower is broken. Only the salad and omelette was good in breakfast.
