Room was big and bed was very comfortable. Balcony was big enough with Sunbathing chairs. Location is just right front of beach but quite journey for in & out for any high street. However, I will definitely stay again

This time we stayed in the Grand on the 19th floor; what a fantastic view! The staff were incredibly friendly! So helpful and kind. A beautiful, large property with a private beach and various pool areas

Steep stairs take you down the cliff, to the beach front which is also beautiful

You can then take another set of steep stairs upto Sky Gallery, or walk the full length of the beach which has numerous beach umbrellas to sit at

I didn't stay at the hotel but it is quiet and beautiful. The view of the sea and Koh Larn island is amazing. I attended the "last Saturday of the month Buffet" and everything so perfect

Great location. Gets kinda loud at night because it’s right in the middle of everything, but if that’s what you are there for then you won’t mind.

Location is good in a busy area,the first 4 night in a King size bed room is pretty much better than the last in a twin bed room,one thing I need to mention is the toilet is smell ,may be the ventilation of the room is not in a good condition,

Room was always cleaned efficiently and stocked with 2 bottles of water everyday. Gym equipment was well maintained with a fan which kept the gym cool. Pool was clean and refreshing with lounges, shade and big towels

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. They stored our bags for 3 days until we arrived. Breakfast was plentiful but coffee could have been better, also fruit could have been more varied, (the same every day)

friendly staff, safe and clean. Air con is great rooms are smallish and plugs are poor. Overall a great hotel for the price.

The hotel is located in a quiet spot but still close to the action, near Big C, Terminal 21, and the beach. The room was a bit cramped, but it had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes

There was a full-length mirror, and the lighting was perfect for makeup. The bottled water provided wasn't very good, but the iced water in the lobby was refreshing

Service was great from all the staff and only improvement here can be abit more service during breakfast hours eg getting you a coffee

The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes from the beach. The hotel rooms are quiet, you don't hear any noise from the outside, and the beds are super comfortable. You can sleep really well here

Had a mixed experience during my stay. We initially booked a standard room, and it was awful – everything was old, outlets didn't work, and the linen quality left a lot to be desired

On the first day, they gave me a room with thin walls. I could hear all my neighbors' conversations. The built-in air conditioner was really loud. I walked barefoot and my feet turned black. There was also a sewage smell

The next day, they moved me to a different room, and everything was fine there

The upgraded rooms were absolutely new, everything was spotless, worked perfectly, the linen was excellent, and it was a pleasure to stay there

I recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it. The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean

It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1. 25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids

Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking. Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children

nice hotels. convenience locations. it is annoying to have those fruits seller trucks driving around all the time blaring their bullshit over price fruits that probably tastes bad. other than that, it was a good stay.

That said, the resort may not be ideal for older guests or those with mobility issues, as getting around requires quite a bit of walking between facilities even with Bucky services However, there are a few areas for improvement, primarily at breakfast

The hotel's design is excellent, and there's a golf shuttle that arrives promptly with just a call to the front desk! The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from Central Pattaya, but you need to book it in advance with the front desk

The breakfast spread is abundant; the noodle soup at the entrance had me hooked for two days straight. The Element restaurant is fantastic; all three dishes we ordered were top-notch

However, I often found small bugs in my food during breakfast, which was the only thing I disliked. Sometimes, getting a Grab from the hotel takes a bit longer. Walking out of the hotel isn't very convenient

Great location and value in June. Lobby is spanking and the outside of the building looks great. Some of the chairs and bathroom finishing looking a little worn out. Elevator is slow and only one so there's always a wait
