Minus stars: The air conditioner didn't work at all, even at 16-17 degrees. But I could sleep without a blanket because it wasn't cold.

Minus stars: Eating is prohibited in the room, but there's a table and chairs in the room for eating. I'm not sure what it's for if it's not for eating.
*There were small and large geckos and other insects in the room, but I'm not sure what kind.*
It's not near shops or convenience stores. The room wasn't cleaned for guests. They charged extra even though they had requested an extra bed before check-in. The payment was already collected through online payment. The owner collected the money but didn't inform the housekeeper or caretaker. They didn't coordinate with the owner. The contact number provided was unreachable.
The bed is soft.
