It’s an old hotel but comfortable I enjoyed the stay

Rooms are good for price although the bathroom is very bad ( Showers don’t have curtains and are next to the toilet bowl so water goes everywhere every time). Cleaning is done every day, Restaurant’s food is very good although a bit overpriced. Main thing I disliked was the loud 10 song playlist in the pool area that you can hear from your room until 10:30pm.

This is a very quite area with not a lot of hotels in the area. So make sure to download the taxi service app if you need access to a taxi.

I really this location in Bangsaray. Up in the hills where its nice a quiet ( besides the birds chirping) yet you are only 10 mins from beaches, ramayana water park and many other amenities. The pool villa is is modern and practical with a really nice pool and planting. Also very well priced and owners very helpful

Just like the photos, it's right on the beachfront road, directly across from the sea. We had two rooms, and breakfast with a view of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.

The hygiene was so-so, and there were cockroaches in the room. There were no disposable toiletries provided, and breakfast was very basic.

Still a recommendable place, the price is decent. The location is very convenient, right by the sea.

The room type I booked had no windows, so as soon as I woke up, I'd take a taxi to the school by the sea and spend the whole day at the restaurant there. If you're on vacation, it's definitely worth booking a nicer room with a sea view. That way, you can just relax comfortably in the hotel every day.

I booked at 2.30pm and I check in at 4.30pm, last minute decide to join the Pattaya 3 days countdown concert at the beach side. Its a walking distance for 10-15mins only very convenience. Walking about 15min to Big C and 20min to Terminal 21. Definitely a good location. Cleanliness need to improve , many hair on the floor and the tower hanger is so old and rusty

Booked a double room, but when I arrived, I was told it was full. They upgraded me to a single room instead, which was completely useless. Only those who can't share a bed with someone else will understand my frustration. P.S. If you're going to upgrade a room, it should still have two beds.

Rooms are big and spacious, distance from the beach is a factor. Cleanliness is good, washrooms are moderately clean. Check in time is odd as they don't let you check in before 3p.m. which is very inconvenient when you arrive in the morning. Hotel front is good as you have a 7-11 store just opposite to the gate.

Good spacious rooms. The swimming pool is the highlight of the stay. The let down is the breakfast. There is no veg meal except bread . For such large tourist from India the hotel should at least organize for one Indian breakfast. Other than the above our stay was comfortable.

Check-in was quick and polite, and the views and ambiance were top-notch. Remember to book in advance; same-day bookings can be very expensive. The toilet had a foul smell, and there's no 7-Eleven nearby, but overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very nice hotel for a relaxing holiday

The facilities look older than in the pictures. The pool is blocked by tall buildings, so it doesn't get any sun and the water is quite cold. Also, the shower water in the room kept fluctuating between cold and lukewarm, but never got hot. On the plus side, you can see a corner of the Sanctuary of Truth from the hotel.
