Momento Resort in Pattaya

Review:

I recently visited this momento restaurant and hotel in Pattaya with my Thai wife, and I am deeply disappointed by the experience. After we finished dining at the restaurant, I tried to check into the hotel. The moment I approached the front desk, I was met with rudeness from the Thai staff. When I asked to book a room, they immediately demanded my passport. I explained that I didn’t have the hard copy on me and offered to provide a photo of it, but they refused and insisted on the physical passport.

When I asked about the hotel deposit, they told me it was 1,000 baht, which seemed quite high. Despite my attempts to be understanding and cooperative, the staff’s attitude remained unwelcoming. To make matters worse, a foreign manager came over and spoke to me in an extremely rude manner, telling me to leave and that they didn’t need my business.

Overall, the treatment I received was completely unacceptable, and I felt discriminated against. I do have video evidence of this entire incident, which I am prepared to share. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice before booking.

I had a disappointing experience at the Momento Hotel Resort in Pattaya. While the restaurant staff were very friendly, the hotel staff, including the foreign manager, were consistently rude and unhelpful. This made the hotel stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I have video evidence of these issues and will be posting it on all my social media channels. Overall, I would not recommend the hotel portion of the resort due to the poor service.”
