The photos on the app were very misleading. It’s got a pretty tight beach shore and it’s not even as clean as the beach in downtown area. The rooms are okay if you like whimsical theme. The swimming pool is quite small as well.

Extremely Irresponsible Staff - Told Me to Leave at 11 PM While I Was Sick Dec 2025
l had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.
1. Misleading Information
The staff told us there would be a fire show at 8:30 PM. We rushed back to watch it, only to find out later that the hotel has never offered such an event.
2. Incorrect Wi-Fi Information
The Wi-Fi username and password were given in reverse, making it impossible to connect for a long time.
3. Overpowering Room Odor Causing
Physical Discomfort
The room was filled with an extremely strong artificial fragrance that made me feel sick-causing nasal congestion, headache, and tinnitus. The replacement room had the same smell, and staff insisted it was the hotel's "signature scent."

The worst part:
At 11 PM, when I was already sick and had nowhere else to go because the hotel is in a remote area, the night manager Apple told me:
"If you're not comfortable, you can leave now."
A hotel telling an unwell guest to leave in the middle of the night - with no help, no alternative, no concern - is absolutely unacceptable, irresponsible, and shows complete lack of basic hospitality standards.
The hotel demonstrated zero problem-solving ability and zero empathy.
The attitude was rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional.
I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone - especially not to people sensitive to smells, anyone with sinus issues, or families with children.
Avoid this place. Their handling of guest issues is unbelievably poor.
