Phangan Mantra Resort in Haad Rin

If you’re coming here for a full moon party, this place is perfect! Me and my partner are travelling on a budget, we weren’t here for the party, so it was a taxi journey away from places we wanted to visit. However, this little place was fab, room was super clean, free toiletries were provided, free water, hot water, tea coffee and cookies! The lady on reception was amazing, she was so helpful. We got into a pickle with booking last minute and she was able to offer us a room for the next day. Discounted drinks at the bar on the beach also a nice perk, they have a great fire show.

Choosing Mantra for full moon party was my best decision, you are literally on top of the party!!! The host is so nice and helpful with all the questions we had! Also amazing to stay after the full moon party to see a different side of Koh Phangan. Thanks thanks thanks and I will see you soon.

If you don’t stay here while you’re on Koh Phangan what are you doing!! The beach is two steps away, scooters available to rent, and there’s even free coffee, cookies and bananas available at any time! The rooms are simple with air conditioning and wifi and towels and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Plus sophita, the woman in charge, has a range of knowledge about anything you need on the island. She called me a taxi to get to my ferry and I left my wallet on it and she got it back to me so quickly! I couldn’t appreciate her more. She is an amazing person and so helpful and easy to talk to and simply lovely! There’s also a little bar on the back patio that’s open at night with a beautiful space to sit outside and overlook the beach. The easiest spot to book, highly recommend.

Yewwww. What a great experience my girlfriend and I had at this place. If you aren’t staying at the phangan mantra resort when you stay in Haad rin, you are muy loco my friend. The staff is helpful and informative, the location is amongst all the action in Haad rin, and there’s layers to the location of this spot. Located on beautiful Haad rin, with plenty of taxi boats to take you to another beach (if you aren’t smart and didn’t rent a Scooty from phangan mantra). This location is one of the only ones on the beach to have a balcony deck overlooking the whole beach. So many great things about our stay here that attributed to our overall stay in koh phangan. No questions about it, stay here if you are in Haad rin.

Sopita is an amazing person! Super nice, friendly, always available, you feel like home! Helpful to find the best option and book for your any transportation. The hotel is nice, trp room to share with your friends or all for yourself quite clean with private bathroom! conditioner and shampoo, a towel are provided and a deposit upon check in is requested. I supposed to have "front beach view" room but I got the one on the other side. Honestly the front beach view it's the little street from where you can see on one side the beach. The other view was the wall of the other building, I didn't really mind, it was much more quiet, I slept like a baby and that's the time I spent in the room! Direct access to the absolutely amazing covered and open 24/7 terrace literally this time, on and front beach! little bar open during the evening for few hours.. I spent all my nights there, meeting and having fun with new good friends, talking until early mornings with just the sound of the waves! Don't miss the sunrise please! Have a walk from the direct access to the street/beach and enjoy the music, dance in one of the clubs downstairs, have discounted drinks at Moonrise, Coffee, tea, fresh water to refill your bottle available every day any time! AND BANANAS! OMG I thought there would be a bowl, but it was the part of the tree! ahahah GREAT, DELICIOUS ANY TIME! It' is also walking distance from another pier where to catch the ferry to Koh Samui. The shower is in between the toilet and sink so, when you take a shower you also clean the entire bathroom! No hair dryer in the room at least, but honestly with the weather .... I don't think you would need it! Room are small but good for two people max, I little wardrobe or closet would be nice to put some clothes but .. I mean was great anyway!
