A great experience, overall enjoyed it very much. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating, but doesn’t always fully understand the English. So sometimes you get what you ask for, and sometimes you get something else. Keeps the element of surprise going.
It’s very well located, close to the main center (walkable), but not too close (noise wise). They have direct beach access from the pool area, which is great for families who want to half/half it.
The breakfast is huge, all fresh and constantly replenished.
Would definitely return there!

This is our second time to Samui and we loved every second of it. The hotel is stunning, rooms are great and the location is fantastic- beautiful relatively quiet beach but when you leave the hotel main entrance your right in the middle of the shopping location. You get the best of both worlds this way.
We stayed for 10 days and could have easily stayed longer. Highly recommend for families with kids as the kids club staff are fantastic.
Would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Have to say this is best hotel I have ever been to in Koh Samui, the room is huge and the beach looks amazing. the beach is so clean, private, and so fancy. it’s too not expensive compared to the price as well. food is amazing. I def will have to come back

Loved staying at centara reserve. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, food was very nice and there was a wide selection. You can even take away coffee from the breakfast. Room is spacious as we got an upgrade from the manager Li. Highly recommend!

Centara Reserve Samui boasts a beautiful setting with stunning views and stylish, comfortable rooms. However, the overall experience doesn’t quite match the resort’s premium pricing. One of the major letdowns was the breakfast, limited in variety and underwhelming in quality, especially compared to other high-end Thai resorts.

The service also lacks the warmth and attentiveness typically associated with Thai hospitality. It feels more corporate and impersonal, perhaps a reflection of non-local management. While the property looks impressive, the experience as a whole is nothing special and ultimately not worth the money spent.

We spent a fantastic vacation at this beautiful hotel. From the first to the last minute of our stay, we experienced pure hospitality. An excellent breakfast, super friendly and extremely competent staff, and of course, the fantastic beach right in front of the hotel made this vacation unforgettable. Across the street, there are many good restaurants where you can enjoy excellent food in the evenings. We would especially like to thank White, who warmly and lovingly helped to make our vacation a memorable one.
The only small negative point are the large Israeli families who act like little kings and, unfortunately, the staff are very condescending and arrogant. It's shameful.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at without any doubt and it offers more of what you can expect of a 5 stars hotel. The location is ideal in Chaweng beach which is the best in the island. All the staff is very kind and welcoming, willing to help in whatever you need. The room was super nice and clean. The first surprise we saw in our room was a bottle of wine and a plate full of tasty fruits. Then we learned that the minibar was free and refilled everyday! And on top we had a cocktail kit and spirit liquors that we could use also without any charge on top. As if it was not enough, they brought to us every afternoon a little detail such as chocolates or other treats and the “surprise of the day” which was basically another treat on top, wow! simply ideal and high end luxury. The food variety and quality is exceptional from breakfast to lunch and dinner across their different restaurants. The gym is fully equipped and big enough to have a proper workout session and you can even have fruit, water and healthy snacks for free. They have a great spa which you definitely need to try, we had an amazing 90 minutes massage. We could not recommend enough this amazing place. Big thanks to the great GM Neil for all the attentiveness and welcoming and to all the staff, they made us feel like at home. We’ll come back for sure!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this hotel at the start of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality.

The hotel itself was stunning, with elegant decor and a cozy, romantic atmosphere that was perfect for our honeymoon. The room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view that made every morning feel magical.

We especially enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel restaurant and the exceptional service. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely relaxed and pampered throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and romantic getaway! 💝

We spent two wonderful weeks as a couple at Centara Reserve Samui.

We were particularly impressed with the immaculate property – everything from the pool to the beach was perfect. The location is breathtaking and unique, and the beautifully landscaped gardens truly impressed us. We especially appreciated that complimentary drinking water was always available.

The staff were very friendly and consistently helpful, and we always felt well taken care of. The hotel's chat system worked wonderfully, allowing us to quickly communicate our needs.

Our modern hotel room was excellent, with the shower and bed being our favorite features. However, we found that there were too few closets and storage spaces for clothes and personal items.

Breakfast was pleasant but somewhat limited; for our taste, there was not enough variety in jams, fruits, and cold cuts. For instance, the pineapple could have been better prepared by removing the core. Nevertheless, we always found something that we enjoyed.

The poolside dining was good.

The gym is well-equipped; however, during our visit, the treadmills repeatedly malfunctioned and stopped mid-run. Despite several reports of the problem, it was only resolved much later.

With a few minor adjustments, the hotel could more fully live up to its five-star standards.

Overall, our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable, and we had a wonderful holiday at this remarkable hotel.
