If you don’t stay here while you’re on Koh Phangan what are you doing!! The beach is two steps away, scooters available to rent, and there’s even free coffee, cookies and bananas available at any time! The bunglows are really good. The beach thon nai pan is phenomenal. Best beach in koh phangan. Small rooms with no fridge or electric kettle. However, totally satisfied with the beach and the sorroundings. The restaurant is very expensive so beware of the prices. Just walk along the beach you will find many other restaurants with cheaper prices.

If you are looking for a quiet beach and want to stay there it’s good, but you are kinda trapped there because you can’t go there with a scooter. The taxi costed us 150 Baht. We walked one time but it was very exhausting. Also there is no supermarket. You have to buy everything (even water) in the restaurants

The property is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and can understand most English. One big thing to keep in mind is it’s only accessible by a boat or by a taxi service that has 4x4 capability! It can be costly if you plan on making trips to town everyday

The place is good if you seek solitude and calmness. The staff is very friendly. Yet, the location is quite isolated and not the best one if you intend to explore the island. It’s difficult to use a bike to get to the location. And you should be really experienced in driving to get to the place. I stayed for two nights and I was expecting something worse since the rate was low (3.5) but actually the room was super nice, they give us 3 waters for free and few desserts and coffee. We did early check in for free and the personal was good vibes. The only thing I can criticize is that at night there was a little bit of noise but is also normal being in Haad Rin zone. I would go again!

This guest house was a nice get away from the craziness of Haad Rin. It has a private pool which rarely gets used and has a stunning view of the ocean complete with beach chairs. The room is clean, the beds are very comfortable (actually the most comfortable beds we have had in Thailand so far). The room comes with AC that works well, a TV and a mini fridge. Haad Rin beach is a 5-10 minute walk away...

Really nice hotel! The resort was so quiet and chill. The beach is really close by and is good for chilling. You can only reach here by renting a scooter (or getting expensive taxi) so it is not very crowded.

beautiful bungalow with sea view! You have a lot of privacy and can end the evening on your hammock. We felt very comfortable and ate in the restaurant every day. Very tasty and diverse food. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The water isn't quite as clear on rough days, but overall it's still one of our dream places. We can highly recommend it.

Hands down, the best budget resort I have ever stayed in. Incredibly good customer service, very delicious food and views of the ocean from both the bungalows and restaurant that are priceless. The location is excellent. It's a small family run place. They have 19 rooms/bungalows/houses for rent. The restaurant made a good American breakfast and all The Thai dishes we tried were great. We took a day fishing trip with an uncle and had great time. He is a really nice gentleman. Every one in the family was very friendly and spoke good English.

I had a nice stay at Moon Beach resort. Joy was really awesome and nice and she was quick to response to all of my emails. I appreciate the water that was given to me each time the housekeeper would come and tidy up. If you’re all about location, this is it, right on the beach and very secluded away from everything. We arrived early so put our bags down and had some lunch in the adjoining bar/restaurant. No issues there. The room was as expected but a little outdated. And we had a lizard as a roomie for the night which didn’t help me sleep! But apart from that, because of the location it was good!

This place has been wonderful. Extremely helpful mother and daughter. Room is what you'd expect from a beachside bungalow. Bed, loveseat, smart tv, shower with hot water, toilet. Good wifi. Strong enough for Zoom video calls, and Vonage calls. Room cleaning once a week. Would recommend to anyone staying on a budget and wanting beach front (literally steps from the beach)

This place is suitable for groups and if you are looking for a place to stay near the party beach. The place was average but the water pressure is pretty bad. Super slow other than that its a decent place to stay.

The wooden huts are pretty and well situated on a very quiet and beautiful beach. The place was generally clean but could do with some renovation, and some furniture to put stuff on (no bedside table, we had to put the kettle on the bed headboard to boil as cord was too sort to put anywhere else) However the place is good value for money. Don’t expect to have any help from the staff who didn’t understand...

Nice bungalow. Beach in front of the resort really calm. The owner is nice and helpful. You can rent a scooter close by and go to Koh Ma beach. We had a Modern bungalow for 2 adults with air con.

Nice clean simple resort with 3 different type of houses for price range 20-50$ awesome view, good food and big menu including really tasty Bbq options for good price.Recomend it. Perfect family vacation.

The faded "Modern" sign suggests it was from 10 years ago 😂. The rooms are clean and have a balcony. The service is very good – we had to change our reservation at the last minute to a later day due to a flight delay, but it was no problem.
