Moon Beach Resort in Srithanu

The location is excellent. It's a small family run place. They have 19 rooms/bungalows/houses for rent. The restaurant made a good American breakfast and all The Thai dishes we tried were great. We took a day fishing trip with an uncle and had great time. He is a really nice gentleman. Every one in the family was very friendly and spoke good English.

This is a great place to stay. Close to lots of beaches. Scooter rental on site. Wonderful hosts.

I had a nice stay at Moon Beach resort. Joy was really awesome and nice and she was quick to response to all of my emails. I appreciate the water that was given to me each time the housekeeper would come and tidy up. The room was really clean and I was happy that it came with a Refrigerator and a kettle to make hot water which allowed me to stock up on snacks when it got too dark for me to walk down to the main road. Although the restaurant was closed due to low season. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the main road with lots of restaurants. There is also a Family Mart and 7-11 on the main road too. I only ate at Sunshine restaurant because TeTe was awesome and the food was good. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet place that’s in walking distance. When I come back to visit I will definitely be back.

This is a LOVELY little resort nestled on top of and down the side of a hill.. it is family operated and they are BEAUTIFUL people who go out of their way to help you.. very very nice people.. the bungalows (where I stayed) were very comfortable and clean and well aircondtioned.. a lovely little balcony.. a TV and a kettle.. the shower in my bungalow was quite good despite looking small.. the only downfall is the onsite restaurant is closed during quiet season (which is when I stayed).. had washing done there and they helped me with boat trip enquiries and took me to the ferry when I was leaving Koh pha ngan.. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!!
