I stayed for two nights and I was expecting something worse since the rate was low (3.5) but actually the room was super nice, they give us 3 waters for free and few desserts and coffee. We did early check in for free and the personal was good vibes. The only thing I can criticize is that at night there was a little bit of noise but is also normal being in Haad Rin zone. I would go again!

Maybe looked like the pictures 20 years ago. As for today it was way worse. Dirty bedsheets, sand on the floor and strange people on the property. Avoid this place if you're heading to Koh Phangan.

Hey, steer clear of this place for your stay. It was a total letdown from the start. The receptionist, like others mentioned, was just plain rude, even yelled at us for being a bit late and seemed all over the place. We coughed up more than 24,000 Bhatts, and what did we get? A messed-up room with a busted AC, sand everywhere, a toilet with stains, and a funky sewage smell. Oh, and they shorted us on towels – only got 2 instead of 3.
Asked for another towel, and it turned into a whole shouting match at the front desk, waking up the whole place. Had to raise my voice just to score that extra towel. Not once in our 3-day stay did they bother to clean the room, switch out the towels, make the bed, or toss us some extra toilet paper. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all cost

Good value for money, great choice for full-moon period, however owners are extremely nosy and strict regarding house rules. Regardless, we had a great stay!

This guest house was a nice get away from the craziness of Haad Rin. It has a private pool which rarely gets used and has a stunning view of the ocean complete with beach chairs. The room is clean, the beds are very comfortable (actually the most comfortable beds we have had in Thailand so far). The room comes with AC that works well, a TV and a mini fridge. Haad Rin beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. The owner of this guest house is a friendly man who sits at the mini mart all day and greets you as you pass by. Most rooms have a hammock you can lay in right on your front entrance to the room. The negatives: no hand soap available in room to wash hands. Shower was not great, the pressure was weak. Room came with one roll of toilet paper and no refills, had to buy more.

Terrible place - AVOID! Ordered a red curry and got a green curry. When I questioned them, they insisted it was a red curry even though it was clearly green! To add insult to injury, they served two portions of COLD rice which I sent back. They then gave me warm rice but only one portion even though I ordered two. When I asked about the second portion, they said they ran out rice - UNBELIEVABLE! If you can go anywhere but here, I strongly urge you to, it was truly awful.
