Quick check-in, excellent location, clean. There was a sewage smell sometimes (when there was strong wind at night), but otherwise everything was great!

A good budget hotel in the center of all the island action. Breakfasts are modest but edible, standard. The hotel is near the central beach, which is bustling and crowded, so we walked a little further. Overall, everything was fine.

The restaurant service is very fast, the food is delicious; many guests from neighboring hotels ate there. All amenities are nearby, the sea is a three-minute walk away, and there's a 7-11 nearby. Upon check-in, all our luggage was carried to our room on the second floor. All issues were resolved promptly, and housekeeping is provided daily!

Wonderful hotel!!! Perfect for a few days' stay. It's clean, quiet, and every day they provide water, coffee, sugar, and toilet paper. The air conditioning works quietly. Check-in was fast. After checking out, you can leave your belongings until the evening. Definitely recommend! 🫶

The location is excellent, everything is close by. The room was clean upon check-in. There was no housekeeping during my 3-day stay. Maybe that's normal for the price.

The room is compact, but the bed is large and the sheets are clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. It's fully equipped with appliances and amenities. Inside the room, there's a refrigerator, fan, television, hairdryer, and air conditioning.

Great location, with bars and massage places nearby, plus fruit stalls and all sorts of evening activities. Despite being right on a pedestrian street with lots of tourist foot traffic, my room was surprisingly quiet. There's no point booking more expensive hotels if you just need a place to sleep before exploring the island. In my opinion, for this price, it's FANTASTIC! Thanks!

I stayed here for three nights in December 2025 and again in January 2026. The second time I stayed, there was no shelf in the room to put my belongings. The internet was good, and they cleaned every day. They also provided two bottles of water and coffee daily.

Decent hotel with beautiful beach but needs more attention to details to become the 5-stars resort it is pretending to be. We mentioned on our booking we were vegan yet every… single… meal… was a battle having to explain that we don’t eat animal products. The beach of this hotel is fabulous with crystal clear waters. The hotel was being renovated when we arrived, so there were lots of work people and noise - we were only told of this after we had booked our room - it was advised in the confirmation email - no information beforehand. Everything is great, the hotel courtyard is very cozy. The breakfasts are delicious, including pancakes. Each room has its own terrace, which is cozy and pleasant. Daily cleaning, and beach towels are provided.

This was a great place to stay. Owner is a man from uk who built it 30 years ago and has been there since. The rooms were simple and nice, it was quiet there. The restaurant down stairs serves restaurant quality food for a good price! Absolutely recommend!

It was okay. It's near the beach area. The room was quite clean. I just don't like that there are lots of mosquitoes but I think it's just because it rained a day before we arrived so just bring mosquito repellent if you will stay here. We still had a nice stay overall.

The Lost Resort is a fantastic budget accommodation just a short walk from the beach on beautiful Koh Samed. The rooms were tidy and clean, with Aircon and decent bathrooms. It's not the Hilton, but it's a perfect base for a group on an island weekend.

Good area and nice trees. Quiet enough. Old and a bit dirty or at least made me feel so. Neither shampoo nor slippers provided (only soaps). Water is also muddy and merky so I couldn't even wash my face or brush my teeth. I don't know, maybe other hotels in the island have this water problem as well.

A very pleasant beachfront resort, featuring a cozy courtyard and a nice cafe. A great bonus was the option to work in the cafe late at night, as there was a table with a power outlet nearby. The staff were also very friendly.

Tonsak Resort is fabulous! Clean and so beautiful. The staff are friendly, and the food and drinks are delicious. It's also super conveniently located, with many restaurants, massage parlours, and two 7-11s nearby. I stayed at another resort on the island after this one, but I wish I had continued my stay at Tonsak. Highly recommended!

The room was quite spacious and newly renovated. The location was excellent, close to both the sea and the main street, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. You can even pay with Alipay at 7-Eleven. Be aware that children over 4 years old (or was it 3?) incur an extra charge of 700 THB per day for the room, plus 200 THB per day for the buffet breakfast. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The pier is nearby, the sea is nearby, cafes are all nearby, it's very quiet, there are bikes at the hotel, a veranda with a table to drink coffee in the morning, the downside is that there is no pool, but with such a beautiful sea as on Samet, a pool is not needed.

We were welcomed to Blue Moon by a lovely host who was incredibly helpful. We had moved from another hotel and were so happy we chose this one! It’s in a great location - quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The only small thing I’d suggest is adding a mirror in the bedroom area, as the one in the bathroom is very dark, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

The hotel is at the BEST location im telling you. Just into the beach and the one and only walkingstreet (literally the only one on Koh Samed). Staff is nothing special, got 1 goodmorning on a 10 day visit. 6 people sitting around the resturant area and nobody cares to help you. Not fresh or good on any ways but good for the price if u dont wanna spend so much time at the hotel.

Everything great. Two small caveats that don't merit a star deduction. One, the AC smelled bad for about one day. After that, it was fine. Second, in high season, the beach chairs are really crowded closely together. Not a big deal, just wanted to mention it. Recommended.

We loved our stay in Runa Runa. The place was clean and well-maintained daily. There was a common area outside the rooms where we chilled out a lot. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently in front of a veg resto which we loved eating at.

Beautiful hotel, room was clean, we had an unfortunate experience at breakfast. The wait staff lost our order and made us wait for an hour and were unprofessional in handling the matter.
