Lima Bella Resort in Samet Island

Now this hotel is called Stellars Samed Resort. We stayed there from July 8 to July 14, 2023. I will say right away that we are not demanding people and always take into account the peculiarities of the country where we travel. We understand what we are paying for and what we are saving on. The only positive thing about this hotel is the photos. Before this one, we stayed in another hotel, we could not extend it and chose this one based on the photos and reviews. We came to the hotel the day before check-in. They explained that we had already booked a stay here and wanted to clarify when it would be best to come and other nuances. It all started with the fact that they began to demand in an ultimatum that we pay for our stay in cash. And pay right now. We tried to explain to them that we were paying by card and since this hotel was on Booking, they could not help but accept payment by card. And we would make the payment on the day of check-in. We agreed on this. Although after that, we no longer wanted to stay here. However, it is impossible to cancel a reservation at this hotel - they charge half the cost. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to this when booking. Contacting Booking support did not lead to anything. The next day, when we arrived, the administrator, as if nothing had happened, demanded cash, saying that they did not have a card payment machine. We were forced to withdraw cash for payment. Plus 1000 baht for the room key (refunded upon check-out). They check you in on the dot at 2:00 PM, citing the fact that they were allegedly cleaning the room. In fact, they handed us an uncleaned room. The safe did not work, there was no remote control for the TV. There are drawings from previous residents on the wall. They are solving the problem for a long time, unprofessionally. We looked for the remote control all over the hotel. There is standing water in the sink. Repeated requests did not solve the problem. The ergonomics of the room are terrible. There is not a single hanger, closet, chair to hang things. Geckos and rather large spiders constantly crawling into the room. The room is cleaned only after repeated requests, the tag on the door handle with a request to clean does not work. Breakfasts are more or less, they are not important to us. The conclusion is this: the hotel does not meet the stated requirements

It is quite expensive for what it is. The room was originally 3000B and we got discount to 2500B exclude extra bed (they said). The room was dirty, even the fridge had some yellow stains on it. At the moment I was about to put my medicine bag that requires to be stored in low temperature and I realised that it was still wet. The slide door were not clean at all by the rail. The dirt and algae was visible.
The sink was a joke it could rotate a whole 360° somehow. So I was afraid to use the shower.
The extra bed was apparently a sofa or what ever it is. The room was tiny after we moved our luggage in to the room. (The room with the stairs/second floor where the bed is)

The service was questionable, first off we moved in the room that was prepared for us. But they forgot to hand over the key to us. So we have to ask it ourselves. We asked for a coffe and a tea, and I am the one who don't drink anything in the morning. So my parents and I got ourselves 3 coffees. Even tho we told them only a cup of coffe and tea.

The location was okay, it is somewhat isolated.
And abit of walking needed to the beach and to the main street.
